The Space:

Inside, soft pinks, seafoam greens, tropical prints, warm woods and brushed brass create a playful sense of glamour. Thoughtfully curated artwork, vintage-inspired details and a botanical statement ceiling give VILLA ANTONIO its own unmistakable character.



VILLA ANTONIO is a thoughtfully designed 360 sq. ft. studio created for couples, friends, families and solo travellers looking to experience South Beach from the heart of Ocean Drive.

Two Queen beds offer flexible accommodation for up to four guests.

A serene tiled bathroom with fresh linens, toiletries and a hair dryer.



**KITCHEN**



An equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, cookware, dishes, silverware and coffee maker — ideal for breakfast before the beach, drinks before dinner or an easy meal at VILLA ANTONIO.

Flat-screen TV, cable and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming or staying connected.

The Neighborhood:

**South Beach starts at the front door.**



VILLA ANTONIO sits at **530 Ocean Drive**, directly across from Lummus Park Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Walk north along Ocean Drive to experience Miami Beach’s celebrated Art Deco architecture, sidewalk cafés and nightlife, or explore nearby Collins Avenue and the surrounding South Beach neighbourhood on foot.



Other Things to Note:

VILLA ANTONIO is privately owned and located within the historic Barbizon Beach Club™, an original 1937 Art Deco building designed by architect Henry Hohauser. As with many historic properties, occasional building-related issues involving services such as the elevator, water or air conditioning may occur outside our direct control. Our hosting team is available to assist should anything arise.



**South Beach atmosphere:** VILLA ANTONIO is located directly on Ocean Drive in one of Miami Beach’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Guests should expect the energy that comes with this exceptional location, including occasional street or neighbourhood noise.



**Parking:** There is no on-site parking, but several public parking options are available within a short walk.



**Check-in / check-out:** Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement.



Fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap and an initial supply of toilet paper are provided upon arrival. As VILLA ANTONIO is a privately owned residence rather than a hotel, daily housekeeping and replenishment of supplies are not included.



Please keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioning is operating, and respect the building and neighbouring guests. No parties, unregistered guests, pets or smoking are permitted.
