Nice location. Room was relatively clean. BUT. BUT. BUT. The door needs immediate attention. No sound proofing at all. You can hear every conversation your neighbor across the hall is having. Very very disturbing at 6AM or at 12 midnight. Could not enjoy a complete night of sleep without being startled by noise. Even the noise down the hallway comes rushing in. Fix it for your future guests. They will appreciate it.

Overall the hotel itself is very nice and it is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and things to do with the family. We really enjoyed our stay in coconut grove. Unfortunately the unit we were in smelled like smoke, even though it’s a non smoking hotel, possibly due to a neighbor smoking in their unit coming through to our unit. I wish our host was able to give us a different unit but it didn't work out that way. There’s also construction going on so we woke up early to sounds of construction so that was a little bit of a bother. But overall it was a nice vacation minus those inconveniences.

It has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Dinner ware, utensils, full knife set, full size refrigerator. Rain shower. Descent size. Great bed. Balcony with a side view of Biscayne Bay. Samsung TV... Bad: bedside stand looks to be the cheapest available. I guess if you have to replace it often, cheap is the way. All furniture showed damage. But, that aside, it was an awesome stay with excellent service by text. Host was kind and responsive throughout. The process is very easy. It would have been nice to know that there was a rear entrance to the parking garage away from the busy front street.

Overall no problems. Cute property, smooth check in, beautiful room and view. But they get 3 stars off for lying about the poolside bar, a big selling point that I, my wife and many other tenants were looking forward to when I spoke to them at the pool. This should be easy to change, and you should be motivated to do so with how many people must have pointed it out by now. If you change your description of the property to be accurate, I will change my review to 5 stars.
