The staff at the front desk were kind, however the hotel provided no water bottles in the room and tried to charge $40 for 5 water bottles. I’ve never stayed anywhere without being provided complimentary water bottles in the room. The couches and back porch were filthy. Luckily we only had to stay 3 days and there is a supermarket down the road. Will definitely not be staying again.

There is a man that went above and beyond when I was there by taking me across the street in his own car during a storm. I'm not sure of his name, but I wanted to thank him. He doesn't speak English and was driving the cart at one point. Also, the lady in dining with the lovely nails :)

During our stay, our room was in the target area of the renovations being completed, our rear door and patio were sealed with plastic on the first day. A staff member came and removed the plastic and all of the painters floor protection, he informed us he didn’t know why it was there and apologized for the inconvenience. The next morning we were awakened by loud heavy duty machinery. Shortly after a member of the painting crew was on our balcony looking in the room as my wife and I were just getting out of the shower and getting ready for our day. She felt really uncomfortable after that as did I. There was also minor water damage in our room that was poorly painted over. Other than these few things our stay was decent. It’s a nice location and we would stay again as long as no strangers end up on my balcony again!

Semen all over the bed frame. Dust everywhere. Sticky substance all over the front of the cabinets and wood furniture. These photos are outdated. I was staying here because I thought it was clean and sanitary and needed that for my major surgeries. I ended up not staying here and paid $1,000 a night to stay at the hospital instead Hopefully I can upload the pictures on here. When asked by the manager for a refund they asked if they could make it right first. The housekeeper came to clean when I was in surgery and the nurse I hired had to stand over them and watch as they STILL didn’t clean the semen from the side bed rails on the platform bed. Most of it but not completely. I even sent the manager pictures ahead of time. Totally disgusting! Do not stay here. The pictures look nothing like what you actually get. Also, they want to charge for parking. I don’t believe Travelocity even shows there is a charge for parking. Instead of the manager coming to speak with me when I was finally coherent enough to tolerate a conversation for a refund, she made me wait 20 minutes in the lobby after I was just released from the hospital and very nauseated. I told them I needed to leave to catch my flight back and I almost missed my flight. The only option was a refund for my parking! Oh and Genesis the manager offered me a future credit on my stay there. I wouldn’t bring my dog here. I can’t imagine if my kids were with me with that semen all over the furniture. Never!
