Inside, each unit is thoughtfully designed with comfortable living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen for added convenience. After a day out, relax by the outdoor pool or unwind in the cozy, modern interiors.
The on-site laundry services will need coins for use. You can find the facilities in the middle of the corridors on each floor, and at pool level.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
