Please be informed that building is running construction company to installing the new soundproof windows.

The unit may be need for workers to use from inside from 9 am till 2 pm on installation day. Delaying the entry to the unit will cause a delay in the project.

Packages (Amazon, eBay, etc) will be delivered to the front desk with the following fees charged by the building: $5 for regular packages.

- The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 am until 8 pm.
- The pool deck is open from dawn to dusk.
- BBQ is open from 8 am until 10 pm. The maximum use of barbecue is 2 hours (for one time).
- Luggage drop-off is available with a front desk before check -in, please ask front desk person
- Trash chute located at the both end of the hallway.
