The hotel smells really bad , the room is not what is seen in the picture. Not recommended . There is no lobby. When you call for check out, they don’t answer and make you pay extra

Miami Beach

Hotel has no parking. Difficult to find parking to check-in and then had to go to parking garage. Extra charge. Room was small but nice. This hotel is partnered with another hotel down the block where you check in.

The staff was nice at first, but once you started to ask more questions, they began to be rude. The hotel does not look like the way it is on Expedia. I thought it was going to be one hotel. It turns out it is two hotels. There building is very old and once I got there, there was alot of renovations, or constructions going on. Apparently, the hotel is two hotels in one now? They do not tell you that until you get there. Which means the pool you need to take two elevators, and a whole walk around to get to the roof top pool. The parking is terrible to say the least. You think you pay $40 a day for parking to atleast it have elevator for yourself and luggage. Nope my car ended up being in the 3rd floor and I had to come down with luggage 3 floors down. The worst. I had switched over to another parking garage but it was $20 a day which is alot better than $40 but the elevator was out of service. Miami sucks. The parking situation sucks, let me not mention the gas in Miami super expensive. The restaurants were ok, I thought they were going to be better. The restaurant Miami hype was not at all what it seemed. The area is very old and trying to be upkept but somehow it fails to do so. The rich people were extremely rude, and to the left you will see bums and piss everywhere, it smelled. Then there is you in the middle trying to figure out what is going on. The only thing nice was the beach, the pool, and some stuff in the hotel which was the bar, and food items they had for you

Everything was great. My tv didn’t work but that was fine since I don’t really watch tv but the next person might.

Very friendly staff and walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Also close to the beach. very quiet area

Great place

Très belle endroit, nous avons passé trois jours à cette hôtel. Le service est impeccable et nous avons été servi en français à la réception. Seul petite chose à signaler : l’air climatisé était semi-fonctionel, ce qui fait que la chambre était un peu humide. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon et la piscine magnifique!!!
