Incredible private beach studio located in on the Bal Harbour, Miami area. The guest will enjoy 5 Star Hotel 10,000-square-foot SPA, featuring a sauna and steam room, hydrotherapy, massages & meditative spaces. Top restaurants and a big pool are some of the other amenities at the Hotel. Amazing beaches and walking pathway are in front of the hotel for great convenience.

Sleek luxurious Studio includes a flat-screen TV with cable and access to Internet TV ( Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc) in room, free-standing soaking bath tub & shower overlooking the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Floor terrace with spectacular panoramic ocean views It also includes Air Conditioning, a work desk and lots of closet space. 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the beautiful views. Also includes a refreshment bar in room ( Wet Bar) and a mini fridge. Semi private elevator to access the unit. Baby Crib available for kids 0-2 years old.

Normandy Shores Golf and Indian Creek Gulf courses are less than 8 kilometres’ drive from the resort. Bal Harbour Shops are less than 2 kilometres’ drive. Aventura shopping mall is 10 kilometers away. Miami International Airport is 25 kilometres’ drive. Also the resort is 15 minute drive from Miami South Beach.

Bal Harbour is a great choice for travelers interested in family activities, romantic atmosphere, shopping, relaxation and sandy beaches. Excellent for foodies too.

Very good value . 5 star hotel has all the amenities. Room was a little outdated but very clean. Ty ere were a few minor issues in the room and owner was extremely attentive and took care of everything quickly. Would definitely return !

Such a good deal!!!!!

This studio apartment/room was just as it appeared in the vrbo materials. We were more than satisfied with our experience staying here during Art Week in Miami. We were out looking at art with friends most of the time, so this waterfront spot next to their home was perfect for us. The resort has many amenities that we were not really able to enjoy due to our schedule. However, we did use the gym and the gorgeous beach front path. Spectacular. Just happened to see the room rates for similar spaces in the hotel for the same dates; we were paying less than one third to stay in the same property. Gotta love that!

Great Location & Great Host

This is an excellent property and a well priced stay. It is simply a hotel room and as such has only a small sink, small fridge and a coffee maker. Great for short stays. The semi private elevator is so convenient! This property is great for dogs, has poop bags everywhere and cute little outside dog area. We had an issue during our stay (our fault) and Sharon was quick to respond easy to work with and very reasonable. While the lack of in-room amenities is probably not the type of property I would book again but The Ritz offers a lot of other outdoor and dining and drinks amenities.

Wonderful girls getaway

Our visit to Sharon’s rental was 5 stars all the way around. We could not have enjoyed it more. The room was very clean, with more than enough fresh towels for two people. (We did purchase a few necessities for ourselves, but the room had the basics as far as soap, shampoo, etc.) The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff and amenities at the property were absolutely perfect. The only incredibly minor thing I would change is the coffee maker - I prefer regular coffee to Nespresso but that’s just me. So I didn’t use it, but HINT - there was a complimentary beverage cart with coffee/tea in the main hallway of the property every morning. We loved it. Highly recommend!

Amazing Unit and Location!

The unit was perfect for a warm weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The property and staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The unit had a beautiful balcony with bay views and was clean & stocked with water and snacks. Really appreciated the little details. Definitely will rent again! :)

Amazing and Beautiful property! We have stayed in South Florida mini mini times but never stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Bal Harbour. This unit was absolutely wonderful and functioned for every need that we had! Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay and perfect beach access! Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The amenities are excellent and Sharon (the host) was very informative and left us a nice bottle of wine for our stay! 5 stars for sure 😊

Really enjoyed Sharon’s unit and the Ritz property overall. Unit exactly as advertised. Would have stayed longer had it been available. Would definitely rent it again. Only negative comment: unit could use more lighting, particularly overhead and in the desk area.
