Me and my guest stayed about four nights. We always had to ask for towels, and the room wasn’t cleaned. We literally had to complain to the front desk, two times for them to come tidy up.

Good for in a pinch but tough location

Decent hotel with a number of amenities and some transportation to places if needed. It's in a weird spot downtown though and access is really a pain. Even just parking and checking in is tough because they don't offer a good place to temporarily park while getting a key for parking. Also, the area is pretty sketchy with homeless around, police roaming the area, and generally not a clean surrounding area. Rooms were nice though and breakfast was decent. Not sure I would go back because of the parking and location.

Great location to walk to restaurants and mall. Fine dining accessible by Uber 15 minutes by Uber such Gordon Ramsey Hell Kitchen. The hotel had free car service which was great. Rooms were nice.

Stayed for a short business trip. The property was easy to access and had safe parking in the deck attached to the hotel. The property had limited restaurant access and was not a walkable location for dinners or shopping. The hotel was clean but needs updating.
