Room was ready over 2 hours late. Air conditioning was broken in one room and we had to switch rooms. No one helped us move our things. I requested sheets for a bed and they told me I needed to go down to get them. There was one gentleman at the front desk who was extremely accommodating and he did his best, but management is horrible at this hotel.

The neighborhood looks seedy. My hotel card did not access the laundry room. Super noisy right now because of remodeling. Breakfast eggs are fake and gross. Fruit was not fresh!
