The pool had small debris in it. No big deal if you're not picky but it can be an issue if you have kids. The pool also had a vacuum running in it and the host warned to not remove it. The end result is a pool with a vacuum running in it and a long hose attached to it that posed a threat to kids. I had 3 kids with life vests that found themselves struggling to navigate around the super long hose. I believe the pool should be thoroughly cleaned and the vacuum removed prior to renting out. The place seems better in pictures than it really is. You can see the place has some abuse to it that you don't see in pictures. The listing states 7 bedrooms but it isn't. One bedroom has a partial wall splitting two halves of it. So it's one bedroom with 3 beds, not two separate bedrooms with 2 and 1 beds. So the listing should say 6 bedroom instead. Additionally, there's cameras everywhere and I didn't feel comfortable with the lack of privacy. Although the cameras are outside, some bedrooms have huge glass doors to the back yard and you can see into the bedrooms from the camera placements. The basketball court is nice but it has a utility line that crosses the court diagonally which renders using it essentially useless. There no way to play a game without the utility line hanging overhead interfering with every shot you take. Not to mention the safety concerns it poses. I feel it's overpriced, we had a good time none the less. But for the price it should be a better kept place.

Huge house for a group

We enjoyed our stay at this huge house south of Miami. Lots of towels and a good pool. Some quirks but the managers were responsive. Ask specific questions about the accommodations to avoid confusion.

Perfect large group stay

We were nine amateur athletes in Miami for an event. The best rental we've had here. Spacious, newly renovated, luxuriously equipped. The pool was warm and clean. Four bathrooms and washer dryer made it easy.

Wonderful property!

We had a lovely stay for our extended family reunion. Very clean, our host was helpful and very responsive. Many extra amenities that our family enjoyed. The pool and pool table were big hits. Enjoyed the wild peacocks too. We would definitely stay there again.

Year 2 at Nani’s

We first stayed here in 2022 and this year did not disappoint. In fact it was even nicer. Some renovations had been done and more beds added. We had a party of 11 and had more than enough room. The kitchen and dining areas were great gathering areas and the pool area was a hit. The screen enclosure needs some screen work but overall it was fine. We love the neighborhood peacocks we will be back again next year.

Bachelorette getaway.

I was in charge of a bachelorette in May and 10 of us stayed at this lovely home for the getaway. There was plenty of space and it was clean. Before arriving I contacted the host for different questions and everytime, the host responded in a timely manner. I made a mistake and booked it far from where our activities took place but all worked out and I loved knowing that the home was close to stores and other places if we needed anything. Checking in and out was a breeze and we loved the pool. It’s a beautiful unique home and I would book again if were to ever come to the area. Thanks again for this nice experience.

Upon arrival the house was nice and clean. The only disappointment we had was that its listed as a 7 bedroom but only had 6 traditional rooms. Overall the location was great. Close to the stores, events we wanted to do weren't far at all. if we return for a group trip to Florida we will most definitely book here again. Check out time was a miscommunication but Nani gave us until the time previously mentioned. We went a lil over just trying to clean to make the cleaning crew job easier. THIS IS A MUST BOOK.

Beautiful interior

When we walked into the home we were left breathless! The accommodations are really beautiful. The beds slept comfortably, the showers were hot, the A/C was super cooling, all of the large screen tv's with the Netflix was an added bonus. There's plenty of cabinetry in the kitchen and tons of pots, pans, cups and utensils. My only let downs were that the gas grill didn't work, not even with the lighter and there was a big problem with us being bitten up by something while on the patio. We tried bug spray, forgers, candles but we were bitten up all over our legs. It didn't seem like mosquitos, it was more like some sort of fleas as we all noticed we only got bit when sitting on the patio furniture. Other than these easy fixes, you're going to absolutely love the place and if I could I would book again.
