We did not know that they service the rooms every other day so we did not have enough towels. When we asked for new clean towels we were told they would be delivered, but never received them.

There was no breakfast. The pool area looked nice but we did not use it. The room cleaning was not done properly at all. Not impressed worry the amount of the hold charge or the communication between staff. Next time I would book a hotel.

It’s not something I would say but staff were rude. From the valet to cleaning lady. While the view and modern touches were nice, you have to leave at exactly 11am or the cleaning staff get in your face. We left at 11:12 but not without being accosted and knocked on twice. There was also like a $70 amenity fee but we didn’t use any amenities. Weird upcharge. I didn’t like the living room in the suite it wasn’t comfortable. And the lighting was strong. Probably would not go again. I don’t like leaving reviews like this.

This is the second and last time I stay at Elser Hotel. The staff’s service was poor, and the cleanliness of the rooms was very bad. As a guest, you have to constantly follow up for the room to be cleaned, and when it is finally done, the result is unsatisfactory. The hotel facilities are dirty and neglected, with evident disorganization. The quality of the furniture is poor, and there were not enough sheets or towels available. In addition, I was charged for consumptions that I did not make. Overall, it was a very negative experience. I do not recommend it.

2nd time staying at Elser was disappointing. This place is way too busy and understaffed. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Extra blankets and pillows were not available even though we booked a room that was for 3 people and that bedding should have been available. Manager never got back to us. There's a laundry list of things from our stay this time, but I do not think we'll be back.

Our stay was excellent, the room and view were breathtaking. My wife and truly enjoyed the restaurant on the premises and the fully stocked kitchenette. The only issue we had was the slowness of the elevators, we will be back.

We paid for early check in, got to hotel at 9 am was told that they had no rooms yet, we went walking and did a tour and at about 130 in the afternoon i went to a different person after repeatedly being told by a young man to please give him a few more minutes, the young lady got us into a nice room quickly, all be it there were no washclthes to shower in the morning but our room was great when we finally got one
