Small rooms in an older building. Only 2 elevators which is nuts. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator with luggage before giving up and lugging 100lbs of bags 8 flights down the stairs. Great location. Good staff. Just those elevators and the older rooms are a bit of a letdown.

I had a horrible experience here. I accidentally booked the wrong night and that’s totally my fault. It was non-refundable. Although my personal circumstances are no one’s problems, but my own, I felt as if staff didn’t do enough to have any type of empathy towards my situation and they did not try to accommodate me whatsoever. Specifically the manager, Claudia. She had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She totally disregarded everything I was saying and it almost felt like she was laughing in my face. I would never stay here again.

They have no parking so u have to be lucky to park close by . The rooms don’t have a trash can . Bathrooms are tiny almost no space to move . We ask for glasses and they didn’t have any . But overall it’s good
