The shower water took a while to get hot and the AC was really noisy! Looks like they where killing someone upstairs. I couldn't even sleep well. I stayed in room 1216. They need to work on this things real fast. The Staff was real kind and they give good service.

The room is a closet !!! The window is eye level , the view is horrible, feels like a jail cell. The ac make noise 24/7, couldn’t switch rooms due to no vacancy , staff was unhelpful.

Our air didn't work in our room, after the repair man entered our room twice without our knowledge we requested a differrent room. They hasseled us and said they had no other rooms available, even started speaking in only Spanish so we couldn't understand them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This hotel is in a prime location for the cruise terminal and Biscayne Blvd. Its even walking dustance from Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen- (about 5 blocks) There is a convenient CVS 24 hours across the street.There is a free trolley across Biscayne Blvd to take you to the cruise terminal. The hotel was clean. Now rhe drawbacks, everything is tiny, the bathrooms and elevators are like closets. I could have literally stepped out of the shower into the toilet. Not to mention the elevators are SLOW. They do charge a 50 dollar deposit which is not bad by today's standards. If you are just staying here for 1 night pre or post cruise, I highly recommend.

This hotel was very outdated and falling apart. To be more specific the wall sockets were broken and one was hanging off. I’m reaching out to a supervisor when I return home to get a refund. I left the hotel and didn’t stay there more than 30 min.

Believe the reviews this property is beautiful on the outside and the lobby and breakfast is nice. Breakfast is $32 and it is conveniently across from Biscayne Bay. However, the room was horrible. It is like staying in government housing. The bathroom is so small when you sit on the toilet the sink is in your lap. It was okay just for sleeping on my 24hr stay but I do not recommend long length stay what so ever.

They promote that there is valet available, when there is clearly not. The elevators take a good twenty minutes and they are super small. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom you can wash your face and sit on the toilet it’s so compact. Also, the AC rattled all night. The location was outstanding and the restaurants food was delicious. I wouldn’t stay again. This place needs an overhaul in the hotel.
