Had to change rooms since air conditioning did not work along with hair in the shower and mold in the ceiling. a pole was holding the ceiling up where a hole was. and that was the second room we were in along with more hair and more mold. but hey, at least the AC worked. i do not recommend this room no matter how chic and nice the photos look.

I checked in on my scheduled time to room 1009. The air conditioner was not working and there was water leaking from the ceiling. The air conditioner was not working. I called customer service and was transferred five times to the front desk. The front desk told me around 6 pm that maintenance would look at the AC. They didnt! I went downstairs to tell them about the problem and was changed to room 909. This air conditioner was not working either. It was 12:30am and the room was at 79 degrees. They came to fix it three times. During my two day stay. It's impossible to undress or put clothes on in the small bathroom. It's extremely uncomfortable. This is my first and last time in this hotel.

Great location

Great location with plenty of walkable restaurants and museums close by. Right across the street from a CVS and Bayside Marketplace. Valet was expensive and took awhile and the elevator was pretty slow and small. The room was older but not the worst. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. No mini fridge or microwaves in the rooms.

Room 1616 - the a/c sucks!! It was 81° in our room. We finally got the a/c to kick on but it kept going off all night and never got below 78°. We reported it to the hotel via text and it was never resolved. Everything else was great.

Great location for arena (right across street) the Tavern inside hotel was delicious! my two friends can’t stop raving about it… nice scent permeating through hotel floors rooms were small but did job, would stay again
