Great sleeping spot for snowmobiling!

Hotel is just as described! Simple "mom and pop" place, just what we wanted for a snowmobile trip. Super nice sisters - Sara and Mary - at the front desk. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and an assortment of juices, oatmeal and an assortment of packaged snacks for breakfast. Big jar of candy (take the Snickers bars for protein!) also! Bed was super comfortable, however, when either of us rolled over, the whole bed wiggled/shook, like their aren't individual coils. We parked sleds right in front of our room. Quiet at night. Bar/grill right next door, if you get in early. Such awesome snowmobile trails in this area!

We wanted to stay in Marquette, but because of some off roading event and fall colors weekend, we couldn’t find any place to stay in Marquette. Thankfully, 25 miles outside this motel was available. It’s located near three lakes. They are walkable from there. motel is tidy and clean. You can park the car at the front door. Sara and her sister, they both are super friendly. They text and check if you are doing a late check in. Overall a good experience.

Room #12 The people are great. Park right in front of your door, super easy to load and unload. WiFi great! The fridge/freezer was real nice it was a mini 2 door. Only one thing bad the hair dryer didn’t get warm or hot. But how would they know that unless they checked it after every guest. I did let them know and I bet it was replaced before we left the driveway! No ice machine, they did have some in the office for drinks.

Very happy with our stay. Front desk staff took the time to call us to say close by restaurants closed due to Monday night. Offered suggestions of what was open. Older remodeled roadside motel in the middle of the UP’s outdoor adventures! Very pleased of our accommodations. Looking forward to coming back!
