When we first checked in the staff member at the desk told us that the pool and hot tub were open. When we came back after supper about an hour later, we found it locked for cleaning. The staff member did not apologize. The room had no desk. It smelled like someone had been smoking. They changed our first room because that smelled even worse. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The pool was nuce and the hot tub is huge. The bottom floora had their own doors going outside. For us smokers, that was nice to be able to go right out your room and not have to walk a long way outside. Beds were comfy. A good stay!

The Woman Housekeeper with the green 💅, helped me a little more than front desk service, I will say if you are staying more towards the pool area it is far from the lobby I drove to the lobby was quicker , overall I will be staying here again once it’s warmer ! They should also inform their Guests that the phones are unplugged. And should also inform Guests breakfast Hours just incase they might not know but overall 6.5/10 .
