This house sits on a working Christmas Tree Farm where the Christmas Tree hustle and bustle is REAL Thanksgiving weekend and the first two weekends of December! Experience it for yourself while you create your own Hallmark Christmas experience or simply stay inside the house to avoid the hustle and bustle and watch out your window as the operation happens at the shed and parking area out back.
Missed us at Christmas? Or Christmas not your thing? That's okay, this little piece of paradise has a lot to offer the whole year through as each season brings it's own new beauty surrounding us.

This house is perfect for your family and/or friends vacation or for your quiet romantic get away.

Sip your coffee and take in the Breathtaking View and Beautiful Sunrises on the back porch. You'll have a clear view of the night sky, so bring your telescope, but before dark be sure to catch the Sunsets while relaxing on the front porch. The back porch also boasts a hot tub which is open year round and a grill for your dining and relaxing needs. While outside be sure to watch for Deer which are often seen on the property. In the spring/summer you may hear an occasional Turkey or in all seasons you may hear the Tractors working in the nearby and surrounding fields or an owl talking at night. Bringing the kids with you? There is a generous yard that sits far from the road and is very safe for the kids to run and play outside.
You will find that this location is the epitome of Country Living.

On the inside this house is complete with a king size bed, a full bed, 2 bunk beds that are each twin beds over full size beds, and a futon. This wonderful property offers a variety of sleeping arrangements and lots of space to spread out, unpack and make yourself at home.

As you relax and unwind you may enjoy the soaking tub in the master bathroom or the specialty shower heads in each shower. The two main bathrooms also come equipped with with a hair dryer making it one less item that you need to pack to bring with you for your stay.

If you're interested in eating in during your stay you will find the Kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs, including: cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, grilling utensils and large and small appliances including, a Keurig with a one cup or full pot capacity, a toaster, a hand mixer, an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher. Bringing a young child with you? We also have one set of child safe dinner ware. Dining in the house couldn't be easier as there is seating for 12 between the large Dining Room table which seats 8 and the nearby breakfast nook table which seats an additional 4 people.

If you have to do some work during your stay you will find a quiet desk area nestled in the 4th bedroom complete with High Speed WiFi which will help you get back to your down time as fast as possible.

While you visit you may also enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, AC, heating, a fireplace, WiFi and 3 Roku Tv's.

Just looking for a little down time, there are a few books and board games for simple fun entertainment.

If you want to get out and about during your stay you will find picturesque Countryside including Farms, Mountains, Rolling Hills, Two Lakes, many creeks and the Susquehanna River all near by.

This is a great place to call home base while you're away.

This property is centrally located between Harrisburg and State College and not far from Susquehanna University, Bucknell University and Penn State University.

* We do our best to provide the cleanest house possible for your stay. The house is thoroughly cleaned between each guest and fresh bed linens and towels are provided.

Please note the following rules and AVOIDABLE FEES:
1. Please NO Smoking, Cigarettes, marijuana, pipes etc . Smoking indoors WILL result in a minimum fee of $300

2. Please take care of our property as if it were your own. Excessive messes WILL result in an additional cleaning fee of $80 per hour

3. Misuse of the hot tub which results in extensive cleaning and/or draining the hot tub will result in a $300 fee.

4. We are not responsible for any accident, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. We do our best to provide the cleanest house possible for your stay. The house is thoroughly cleaned between each guest and fresh bed linens and towels are provided.

6. Initial toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dish detergent are provided. If you run out during your stay you are responsible for providing the additional that you may need. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash/Soap are not provided.

7. We have a NO pet policy. There is a $400 fee if this rule is broken

8. NO Parties at any time!!! And Please keep noise to a minimum between the Quiet Hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am. Party fine $1,000 and immediate removal from property without refund

9. You are responsible to pay for or replace anything that gets damaged. Let the property manager know about the damage done, so it can be fixed or replaced

10. NO visitors allowed on the property without prior permission

11. Any people in the house are the sole responsibility of the renter

12. NO Hunting on the property is permitted

13. Please remember to check for your belongings before leaving the property. If you need something shipped to you there will be a fee of $25 plus shipping costs.
