SeaWatch at Middleton

Large entertaining deck out the front to capture panoramic views of the sea out front and hills behind. Beautifully designed beach house built for relaxation and fun times at beautiful Surfers Beach only a 1 minute stroll away. Pool table, 5 bright and beach-themed bedrooms, 3 living areas, 2 flat screen TV's & DVD players along with a selection of films and games. Split system RC/AC's and only a stones throw from Middleton Beach, popular all year round for surfing. 3 Queen bedrooms, two have ensuites. Two bunk rooms, one with 3 beds, the other with 2 beds. Total of 8 beds. Perfect for multiple families. Fully fenced backyard and pets very welcome to stay outside. 53 Hero Ave Middleton.

Sleeps 11 - please note: guests to SeaWatch are required to provide their own linen, that is, towels, tea towels, sheets, pillowcases and bath mats.

Doona's, doona covers, blankets and pillows are provided.

3 Queen bedrooms with queen beds, two upstairs & one downstairs, two with 2- way ensuites.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) sleeps 2 (bunk beds), while bedroom 5 (downstairs) sleeps 3 (1 set of bunks and one single bed). Fans in all bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs & the other downstairs, along with a third separate WC upstairs. Downstairs is a laundry with washing machine. Adults living/entertaining area upstairs with large deck overlooking the beach, Victor Harbour and Granite Island and beyond, with 2 further living areas downstairs with large pool table. Large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances leading onto a huge deck overlooking Surfers Beach providing 270 degree views through to Victor Harbour and the hills behind. There is parking for 5 cars in addition to a single undercover carport. Outside there is a fully enclosed, private Hot water shower.

Middleton

Hero Ave is located 2 streets back from the beachfront at beautiful Surfers Beach, Middleton. Not only a great place for surfing and body boarding, try beach fishing at Middleton or nearby Pt Elliot! Watch whales frolicking from the elavated deck or explore the many rockpools. The townships of Port Elliot, Victor Harbor and Goolwa are located 5kms to 7 kms away where visitors will find top quality golfcourses, restaurants and winerys as well as cafes and boutique shopping. There is a childrens playground located a 2min walk along Hero Ave along with a newly developed wetland area to explore. The Goolwa - Victor Harbor bike track is a min away!!

We choose this property because it was great for my son's 2 dogs to join the fun. Fully fenced yard and lots of room to roam and sniff the wild bunnies that were prevalent. The house was clean enough (only dust under furniture). Lovely beach view from upstairs and a generous size balcony. We had 6 adults and 3 children plus a baby. The indoor table didn’t have enough chairs for all of us, but their are spare chairs in each of the rooms. Google TV was great for watching the Bathurst race. Very quiet neighbourhood the weekend we were there.

Beach view and peaceful surroundings

We had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of room for families to spread out over the house and is nicely decorated to add to the beach, coastal view.Seawatch is in a great location with fantastic views of the surf and the coast line to Victor Harbour.The communication with the host was exceptional. She was prompt, friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SeaWatch.

Well suited to our needs. ( 5 ladies from Adelaide) A very good view. Nice decor. A well stocked kitchen. Had to supply our own linen. A little tricky trying to contact our host but when we finally spoke she was friendly and informative.

Amazing views and location

Loved the furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. A little bit of updating of the appliances are needed however the location was perfect and the view from the balcony perfect for us. Thanks for letting us stay.

Overall a pleasant stay

The size of the property was great if you have multiple families stay. We had some difficulty getting the downstairs TV / DVD to work as the equipment appears very old and DVD’s were poor quality. Upstairs shower has limited shower pressure but overall it was a good beach shack!

Beach house

The property presented clean and tidy and was very comfortable to stay in. Overall our stay was extremely relaxing and enjoyable and there is a lot to like about the property. Unfortunately the listed stereo system was not there and if this had been made known to us, we would have taken our own alternative. We would also have expected that enough toilet paper for a 2 day stay should have been supplied. The hot water system also failed on the last morning of our stay, but that is something that can not foreseen, and although it was convenient for the person in the shower at the time, we would not try to discourage any others because of it.

SeaWatch

SeaWatch is the perfect getaway for Families and Friends to come together. With a homely feel, there was plenty of space for everyone (we had 2 Families totalling 10 ppl) and we still had room for a couple of friends that popped by and stayed for a night. We had everything we needed and more, (BBQ, DVD player + movies, pool table, ice hockey table, board games, enclosed back yard) with the nearest supermarket only 7min drive away for all grocery essentials. The views were magnificent, and we were only a 3 min walk from the beach. Our Hostess, Carol was wonderful, promptly answering any questions we had prior to our trip, which helped too. Anyone thinking of taking a break, I would highly recommend going to the SeaWatch for your next getaway!! 👍

Good size and location

Ideal for family and friends. Not too far to walk to beach. Two family bathrooms (with access doors to two bedrooms also) and third toilet were all handy for our group. Owner communication was great.

Family Holiday

We had such a great time staying in this house. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a family holiday. Carol was also lovely and responded to any questions we had very quickly, also spoiling us with a late check out. Highly recommend staying here.
