Located on Easton’s point. A truly special New England style Cape Cod 4 bedroom, 2 bath home on Easton's Point in Middletown only minutes walk to either First beach or Second beach Surfers End. Easy walk to several restaurants. Enjoy great views of Cliff Walk and the ocean from your backyard deck equipped with seating for 8, large umbrella and grill. Back patio and outdoor hot shower. Front and back parking.

The space:
Home name is Sea Wind. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. Good size kitchen with seating for 4 at kitchen table . Two living spaces with Smart tv’s. Landscaped back yard area with patio and outdoor hot shower! Each bedroom has its own Split AC unit.

Guest access:
Home has a long driveway from street to back parking lot which has a stone staircase access to the back deck. Outdoor shower is located near the staircase and garage door. There is a front driveway for two cars with access to the back deck and home side and front doors

Other things to note:
There is a full size washer and dryer located in the garage, accessed either by the electric garage door or basement stairs.

Ideal location. Close to where we had friends staying that we could walk to. Spiral staircase was a little challenging and house was a little stuffy. Not sure if it was because of rugs. Very charming house though. Everything we needed was there.

Great location, sweet house

This home is a beautifully kept Middletown cottage that reminds me of a stay at my Grandparents. It’s a lovely home with space for a large family a cute upstairs, comfortable family room and gorgeous outdoor space. Would love to see this place in the summer!!

Middletown Magic

First and foremost, the owner could not have been more hospitable and welcoming through the booking process. While that set a high expectation and excitement for our stay, it was bettered by the actual property and location itself. The house was very comfortable, the outdoor area in the back is so relaxing. If you are looking for something in the Easton’s area, be sure to consider a stay here. It’s comfortable, conveniently located and great value relative to the location and quality of other options in the surrounding area. We will be going back!
