Pam was responsive and gracious as a host! Our multi-generational family had plenty of room and the house was well stocked. The location was private and within walking distance to two excellent Newport beaches. Great value! We would absolutely stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was so perfect for our two young kids (baby and toddler) with an awesome yard to play in, plus so close to Second Beach. Had fun doing beach mornings, and spending the afternoons watching the boats in Newport. 5 Star accommodations and memories!

Wedding Weekend in Middletown

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The host was remarkable with communication, the property is phenomenal, large, and classic Rhode Island style. It's perfectly located between two local beaches and the quaint town of Newport. We would definitely stay their again if we are in the area.

Long Weekend

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay at this property. Very clean house equipped with everything we needed. Great location with a great yard and outside space. Close to beaches, Cliff Walk and short drive to lovely downtown Newport. Definitely recommend. We would stay at this property again.
