Property outside was nice. Front desk staff ladies were amazing!! House keeping did not bring towels to my son room last name Luppino he and his fiancé had no towels for shower he had to leave the room and request cause it was not replaced the day before as they didn’t come to clean My room 204 we had to tell them to pick up the garbage and the room smelled of prior pets I bought air freshener!! Paid for four rooms Sept 18-21 and on the overall not sure I would return way too much money for issues that could have been avoided and rectified! As a business owner traveling from NY with our family it was a below average experience to be honest and i always make sure my customers are happy and if not i ensure I compensate to make it right. Thank you

All the staff was so attentive and kind. It’s located next to a several strips malls one of which is walking distance. The breakfast is substantial and there’s a pretty patio to use in nice weather.

There is a small indoor pool this I dipped myself in and was very refreshing . . A microwave and refrigerator in room was good to save on outside restaurant food costs also, a complementary free breakfast in lobby area of hotel was delightful.

We wish the breakfast was available a little longer. Breakfast ends at 10am on the weekends and should be extended until 11am. They also offered an upgrade because the room was not ready and they overbooked the rooms.

Clean and quiet

Place is new and clean. Plush carpet, comfortable bed and elegant, practical window treatment. Very inviting. Impressed with breakfast also. Good variety and quality. Loved the blueberry scones they had on our first day! Wish they had weather channel on or something neutral instead of CNN news though. But at least it was muted. Pleasant view from the window and quiet neighborhood .Movie theater and variety of places to eat within walking distance or short drive. Less then an hour away from Kent Narrows beaches to the north , and from charming Chesapeake city boat rides and parks to the south ,for those on vocation.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Middletown, DE was located in a great area near a variety of restaurants and shopping malls. The staff was extremely friendly from the frontdesk to housing keeping. The accommodations were very comfortable and quaint. I will definitely be returning whenever I visit my dear friend who lives in Middletown. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone who may be traveling through.
