What a wonderful week

We had a wonderful week in Rhode Island. Jamie was a big help (beginning with when I was trying to unsuccessfully use the code to get into the house next door). The house worked out super well for our family group of 5 adults, a 3-year-old, and a 10-month-old. The back yard was a great escape for a quiet time to read. We were within easy walking distance of downtown Middletown and the beach, and a quick drive from everywhere we wanted to go. The house was well-equipped, beds were super comfortable (important as we have a lot of bad sleepers), and we would definitely stay here again!

Great house for groups

Plenty of room for our friend group to hang out and catch up. The weather was beautiful so we decided to walk the cliff walk which is about a mile away.

Perfect

Great place that was perfect for our family when we attended a wedding in Newport. The house was in a quiet area near beaches and good restaurants. The beds were so comfortable and we slept well. We loved having assorted places to sit and have toys for kids. Highly recommend.

Wonderful clean and modern space for a getaway

We loved Jamie's place. Everything was clean and just kind of made sense. Great yard. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the cooking implements you may need. And the kids loved have foosball to play. We would definitely stay again.

Girls Trip Weekend

Came with Girlfriends to see the sights on Newport. This house was perfectly located to EVERYTHING! Cliff Walk and Mansion Tours are a must. Enjoyed Trolly Tour and Rail Cars too!! This house comfortably accomdates a large group. Beds are amazingly comfortable and kitchen is generously stocked! Owners responded within minutes. Cannot say enough good things about our 3 day trip!

Wonderful Place to Stay

My girlfriends and I took a trip to Newport to relive some trips I had taken with my late husband there. A couple of them had never been to Newport. We came on a Monday and left on a Saturday. The house was a perfect place to stay. Very close to everything. Extremely relaxing to come back to. The house had anything you could imagine needing and was decorated beautifully with nautical sayings and pictures and decor. The beds were so comfy. We all agreed that the house we had chosen to relax and catch up in was the perfect choice.

Great property and hosts!

We stayed this past weekend for a wedding in Newport and had a wonderful experience. The house was just as described with plenty of enough room for 9 adults. The location was perfect. And Jamie and Rok were responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay- a small mishap with the toilet happened and Rok was right over! We would stay again and recommend anyone to stay there!

Above & Beyond Host!

Jamie & Rok go above and beyond to make sure your stay’s needs are met. Anything you would need or want is there! Anything for an air fryer to a boogie board, they’ve thought of it. Best VRBO experience I’ve experienced and we hope to stay here again! Couldn’t recommend more :) thank you again!

Great location and immaculate home for a family!

Wonderful hosts. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was beautifully stocked with everything for a relaxing vacation. You can walk in 10 minutes to Easton‘s Beach, and quick drive or bike to Second Beach. Second Beach had much more sand (our preference) and the water was very clear and clean. Newport is just a 5 minute drive away which we found just great. We will definitely consider coming back next year!

Perfect Girl Trip Rental!

This house is perfect for a girl trip/bachelorette party/birthday celebration with friends! We were a large group and everyone was able to have a bed and the decor/style of the house is so cute and fun, perfect for the beach! The hosts provide amazing amenities and lots of personal touches and everything was clean and organized. Beds were comfy, having air conditioning is amazing, and the outdoor shower makes it reasonable with only 1 indoor shower. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, plenty of space in the driveway for off-street parking and a very easy walk or drive to the beach! This was the perfect setup for my friend's bachelorette party weekend!

Awesome Vacation Rental

The hosts seem to put a great deal of thought and care into making sure the house had all the amenities one might want for a beach house vacation. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a great spot for a family gathering. The kids had a great time playing in the game room and the whole family was able to enjoy the front deck for BBQ and the backyard for a bonfire. The hosts put a lot of thought into making sure our needs were met. The location was convenient, the house worked out perfectly for our large group of 11. Including having great local directions to beaches, having a garage with beach supplies and even leaving a welcome bottle of wine. It was a great quiet neighborhood with lots of space for a large family. We found First Beach was really windy. We enjoyed Second beach much more, but we could walk to both (Second Beach was a little more of a trek). The stove burners run hot, so if you're planning on cooking just know they will cook hotter then you think. Overall, it was a great stay and we would love to come back. We got to create some wonderful family vacation memories during our stay.

Amazing stay!

This spot was perfect! Two families stayed with 5 kids ages 10-16. So much goodness to share about this place and the little touches that made a big difference. We walked into the place and there was a welcome box with candies and a bottle of Newport wine :) the place was clean and updated. Online pictures did not do it justice. Kids were happy with the Xbox downstairs and there was a TV in every bedroom with Netflix already programmed in! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee pods, and the outside deck was so pleasant to enjoy morning coffee. Backyard had a sofa and fire pit - we didn’t have time to use as we were enjoying the grill and front deck. Outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. Owners were super communicative - grill ran out of propane and they dropped off a new tank the next morning! Overall I highly recommend this spot for a beach getaway.
