Le personnel a l’accueil est désagréable et condescendant. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h on nous a donné une chambre sale avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et des toilettes qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap.
De plus le linge de bain est très sale même après avoir été lavé, idem pour la salle de restauration. Le chef en cuisine est condescendant et impoli, le personnel de cuisine et les serveurs ne sont pas souriant.
Je déconseille très fortement cet hôtel surtout pour les famille avec des enfants et encore plus si ils sont en situation d’handicap

Bon hôtel a l'écart des masses , propre, reposant.
Je ne connaissait pas cet hôtel avant, bien qu'étant européen né a TUNIS. Cela a été une bonne surprise. Situé un peu loin de la mer,que l'on peut joindre facilement a pied.
Personnel discret et compétant. Un coin tranquille, ou j'ai passé une semaine de repos.
C'était ma première visite sur l'ile. J'y retourne en mars 2018 sans aucune hésitation.
Pas beaucoup de clients constatés, peut- être du a la période hors saison (Novembre)
L'hôtel est situé a 25 kms de l'aéroport (environ 1/2 heure par la route touristique en bord de mer)
. Un petit restaurant bien retenu, nommé "ALIBABA" avant d'arriver a l'hôtel, sur la route touristique après avoir passé le rond point ou se trouve le CASINO (jeux)
ou j'ai mangé, en autres, le meilleur plat de pâtes Bolognaises..... pour 12 dinars..(..soit 4 euros). Le seul regret, il n'y a pas d'alcool,pas de vin, donc uniquement soda ou autres..
La ville de MIDOUN reste une ville de l'ile, bien typique , avec même un petit magasin a l'enseigne "carrefour" qui permet bien de vous dépanner pour tout.
Température vécue entre le 23 et 30/11/2017 18° et 17° en le 30/11;; 17° a 5 heures du matin pour rejoindre l'aéroport.
J'avais loué une voiture pratiquement neuve,pour 118 euros la semaine (avec kilométrage illimité). Descendez vers le sud de l'ile, ( plusieurs hôtels abandonnés, sur la gauche, vitres cassées, éloignement de la mer par rapport a la côte. prendre la voie romaine..et allez voir ZARZIS route touristique......
