On the ground floor after entry to the house there is fully-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, modern hob and oven. It has all the utensils and crockery to ensure that any large family can enjoy staying in and entertaining at home. The ground floor also has a comfortable lounge and dining area, with enough seating to accommodate the whole party, as well as a large flat-screen smart TV, which accesses the internet through the houseâs fast Wi-Fi router, and a DVD player. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms. One of the rooms has 2 single beds, whereas the others have large double beds. The master bedroom itself has an en suite bathroom with a powerful shower. There is also a separate large bathroom which is accessible from the other 2 bedrooms. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, thereby maximizing space for the guests.
The fourth guest-bedroom is in the coolest part of the house, downstairs from the ground floor, thereby not needing the air-conditioning that is fully available throughout the rest of the house. With an en suite bathroom, this bedroom has the most powerful shower in the house, thanks to its gravity feed.
Access to the double-garage is also downstairs under the house, in the cool. This ensures that when having to get into the car to travel somewhere, it is not boiling hot, not having been parked outside in the warm Andalusian sun, which is something that not many other houses can give.
At the top of the house there is a large solarium, which not only affords great views of the urbanisation and surrounding areas but also ensures the ability to suntan for a full day in complete privacy.
Returning to the ground floor, there is a large patio and barbecue area, where most guests have their meals around the large family-sized table under the sun. A few steps from the garden gate there is a swimming pool, set within a large garden and grassed area. This enables families to utilize the pool from the comfort of the house, or take one of one of the 6 sunbeds that are part of houseâs property and lay down within the gardens next to the pool. Being a small urbanisation, the pool area actually feels more like one that is private.
The house is conveniently located near to many amenities. There is a large supermarket, just 5 minutesâ walk away. Another 5 minutesâ away there is a restaurant and shopping complex area, El Zoco, which offers many types of cuisine including Spanish, Argentinian Steak House, Chinese, French, Italian, and even the best fish and chips on the coast! And yet just another 5 minutes away is the beach area, which has a recently built coastal broadwalk, allowing great walks up and down the coastline.
Whilst a car would open up areas further afield for more exploration, with Gibraltar only being about 1-hourâs drive away, the local transport links are very conveniently situated and allow regular quick journeys to Marbella, Fuengirola and Malaga.
Having moved into the house 12 years ago, which was brand new at that time, I loved living in the area and have many fond memories. Obviously the continuing shining sun of the Costa Del Sol helps to always bring a smile to the face. But the location of the house, the convenience of the shops, restaurants, bars and beach, as well as quick access to the larger towns of the area, all add to its appeal. Finally, the urbanisation is such a small and friendly place, that it really is home from home. My friend, Attila, lives on the urbanisation itself, just 3 doors down and he looks after the guests from arrival to departure. In this way, any guest has 100% support, if needed, during their stay.
Michael and Attila are both brilliant and canât do enough for you - really fast and effective communication before and during the stay. The facilities in the house are great, brilliant pool outside the back gate, lots of space for youngsters to do their own thing and good bars and restaurants very close with a short walk, as is the beach. Air con very good too. Really good base to go along the coast in either direction to explore and have fun. Canât recommend highly enough.

The area is fabulous with all amenities within walking distance. Supermarket 5 mins walk, bars, restaurants 10 min walk. Beach is 15 min walk and the boardwalk is amazing.
We had our car as we drove to Spain, I must say you donât need a car, transport is very reasonable and runs to Malaga & Marbella every 30 minutes. We rarely used our car. There is underground parking our car more or less stayed there. Thereâs plenty of parking outside on the street too.
All in all this is a perfect location in well kept area. Gardens and swimming pool maintained to perfection.

Michaels house made the perfect holiday, which met our expectations and more. The house has everything that we could ever need on holiday and it was in a ideal and beautiful location.

The town house is spacious and well equipped. Very good follow up form owner. Short distance from town hous terrace to pool. Several shops and restaurants nearby.
From initial contact Michael was incredibly helpful, and the house is fabulous and has everything you could need... just like all the other reviews state. Before arrival Michael supplied us with lots of information we requested, like how far the nearest playground was for our 3 year old (not far just by El Caprico on the beach) and checked in to see if we needed anything else. The house was stunning, the terrace/patio area is actually much bigger than photos suggest, supermarket 3 minute walk and then a few more minutes to restaurants and shops and a few more to the beach. 5 minute drive to La Cala, or you can walk all along the wooden beach paths (great for pushchairs). 15 min drive each way to Marbella and Fuengirola and less than half an hour to the airport, the location is really perfect. The house has everything, lots of toys and floats for children for the pool, stairgates and travel cot and highchair, lots of sun loungers too. We stayed for a month and had lots of different family members come and stay for a week and it worked perfectly. There were 7 of us at the end and it still felt spacious. Attila was really helpful throughout as well, we would definitely recommend this to anyone. Thank you for a great holiday!

I would not have any problem recommending this property. From the minute we booked it communication with Michael was brilliant. Any questions were answered and and help needed was offered. The house is amazing, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is brilliantly located to access the supermarket, places to eat and the beach. We had an amazing week here and we plan to return, thank you.

Michael the landlord is always in the effort to make sure that the stay is a success and no questions remain open before arrival.
The house is comfortably furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. From sun loungers and beach towels to hair dryer and grill everything is available in the house and in good condition. Within walking distance are shopping and restaurants.The house is well maintained and very clean, all in all: perfect!
