Beautiful Luxury Villa with Separate Apartment, Private Pool & Views - Sleeps 14

“Villa Rials” is a stunning villa that is situated in a beautiful residential urbanization in Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol, 5 min drive to the Miramar shopping centre, beach, Water Park and numerous golf courses (one being within walking distance). Due to the elevated position this villa has outstanding views to the Sierra mountains and sea.
The villa is built on split levels. The upstairs consisting of master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite shower room, 2 further double bedrooms, main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and massage shower. Lounge/diner with fireplace, a modern kitchen which all lead on to a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and entertainment area with fantastic views.
The apartment below comprises of a large living/dining area with sofa bed which leads out to a patio with Caribbean style pergola. Extra large bedroom with sofa bed leading off to a smaller bedroom with full size bunk beds.There is also a travel cot available for babies. Beautiful large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and massage shower. It also has a fully fitted kitchen that also leads out to the pool/bar area.
Both the main villa and the apartment have completely separate entrances but you also access the apartment from inside the villa if you wish.
Outside the villa is surrounded by multi level beautiful paved terrace areas always providing a place to sit in the sun or find some shade or privacy. Right next to the pool is an entertainment area consisting of a Caribbean style pergola, bbq area and Caribbean style bar. There is also a table tennis table.
Separate to the villa is a large games room with full sized snooker table and dart board.

Fantastic Property

Absolutely fantastic. The photos don't do it justice. Jackie and Geoff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. There was everything there you could wish to have. There was a welcome pack when we arrived, which was very much appreciated as we arrived late. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Fantastic villa lovely location

We had a brilliant time with family of 12. Hosts were lovely and very helpful. The place was immaculate and pool was great. Only minor flaw was having to crawl under bar entrance,a few of us scraped our back going in and out but it wouldn't stop us returning

Beautiful villa-friendly service

We were a family of 14 ranging in age from 5 - 67 and the villa catered for everyone perfectly. The split level layout meant everyone had enough space to move about freely - the huge selection of TV channels and movies were a hit with the teenagers among us! The outside pool and dining area was great and provided welcome shade in the middle of the day. The outside bar with 2 fridges was a big hit - although getting in and out under it was a bit tricky! Jackie and Geoff couldn’t have been more welcoming and the villa was immaculate when we arrived. They answered any queries via text immediately during the whole of our stay and came to say goodbye to us on the morning we left. If you don’t hire a car be prepared to use taxis to get to supermarket/beaches etc. The villa is high up on a hill so not suitable for little ones to be walking. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this villa to large parties wanting a home from home-the owners were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Great villa with great hosts

Great villa- well equipped and with lots of thoughtful extras to make our stay easier. Layout worked well for us as a party of 12 ranging from 8 to 80. Loved the pool, bar and various games around the villa. Ten minute drive to Fuengirola, ten minute walk to local supermarket, pool and cafes. Hosts are great. Met us on arrival to show us around, leaving a great welcome pack of groceries and beer. They were also really helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely use this villa again for a family holiday.
