Our cozy studio apartment (CALA AZUL), 25 m² and located on the first floor, offers you a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m), a wardrobe, a bathroom with a separate shower, and a washbasin outside the bathroom, integrated into the common area for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, open, and integrated into the living room, where you will find a sofa bed (1.06 m x 1.80 m), suitable for up to two slim or medium-build children with a maximum height of 1.50 m. The sofa bed is not recommended for two adults or larger children. The dining area has a square table (0.60 m per side) for four people. The apartment features an interior patio with a small pool (approx. 1.90 m x 1.30 m and 0.60 m deep), ideal for two people (children always under adult supervision), perfect for enjoying the Andalusian climate. The patio borders another studio's patio, separated by a fence for visual privacy. You also have air conditioning (hot/cold), a washing machine, a 100-liter water heater, TV, and internet. High-quality double-glazed doors ensure a quiet and peaceful sleeping environment.



On the rooftop (second floor), you can access a shared outdoor terrace, available to guests only from October to May, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., following the usage rules provided before your arrival.
