Located in a quiet urbanisation, designed for rest, it has a communal swimming pool, spacious areas for walking and relaxing, as well as a parking space with direct lift access to the second floor where the accommodation is located.
The apartment offers a spacious living-dining room, divided into a living area and dining area, with access to two terraces that invite you to enjoy fresh air and family moments. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, nearby supermarkets and a varied local gastronomic offer complete the culinary experience.
For rest, it has two bedrooms with double beds, storage space and windows to the outside, one of them with access to a terrace. The centralised air conditioning with air conditioning and heating ensures comfort in any season of the year.
The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray, providing comfort for the whole family.
