appartement agréable avec balcon donnant sur la piscine et tv avec chaines francaises ,pas évident malgré tout a trouver,situé pres du golf et terrains de tennis ; à 1 km du bord de mer mais attention le retour est en pente montante,coin tranquille et ville située entre torremolinos et marbella ,auxquelles on peut acceder facilement par bus,, seule déception le temps trés médiocrelogement à conseiller

Lovely stay in Mijas

We had a fab family holiday at this lovely apartment. My husband & 2 girls aged 11 & 15 really enjoyed the beautiful well kept gardens & clean, supervised, big sized pool. The apartment had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable & there was always hot water. WiFi was also quick. We enjoyed the short trip to the beautiful beach in la Cala & some of the lovely little restaurants located close to the apartment. We got the bus to Marbella for a day which was extremely efficient bus service & only a couple of euros each. Overall a super location for a family holiday & communication with the owners was great, any questions we had were answered straight away & lots of info given before we headed off. Thank you again!!

The apartment was just perfect for our stay as it was located near enough to all facilities but still peaceful and tranquil with the most amazing terrace that had fantastic sea views and was a real sun trap during the day as it was south facing.

We spent 17 days at this apartment and first time in Riviera de Mijas. The apartment was on walking distance to sportcenter, food market and restaurants. The apartment was clean and functional with a nice balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The beds was good as the overall space. Calm area and a pool that was available all year. Even though we worked every day - there were a lot of time to relax with long walks and to enjoy the sun.

Holiday 2024

The property was in a lovely setting. The 2 bedrooms were big enough and had enough storage. The en suite was a lovely size and although the second bathroom was much smaller it had everything you needed. The kitchen area was ample and the lounge area was comfy. Some people might require a car but we were happy to walk to the beach (15-20mins via the shortcut) also to the bus stop with awesome Transport links towards Marbella or towards Benalmádena. We tended to get a taxi from Supercor (bottom of the hill) up to the apartment on the days we went out (4.50 euros), although I’m sure people fitter than us would easy walk it! The apartment had the use of two swimming pools, one of which we overlooked. We also had a beautiful sea view from an adequate sized terrace. All in all we had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The owners Olive and Colm were great and nothing was a problem if we had a query. We can’t wait to go back hopefully next year. Thank you Olive and Colm

Nice flat - but...

Large airy apartment with sunny balcony but we were not advised that the swimming pools were closed due to the drought, neither were we advised that the adjoining flat was being refurbished resulting in a LOT of noise and dust throughout the stay. To date we have heard nothing from the owner re compensation or even an apology. The apartment was surface clean but the shower door track ways were filthy as were the trackways of the balcony doors. Apart from the extreme noise the flat was value for money although basic - the crockery and cutlery did not match, the sofa not very comfortable (unlike the bed which was extremely comfortable) and the access involves quite a few steps - not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. The builders refurbing the next flat were so enthusiastic with their hammer that they managed to knock a hole through the wall, showering the living room with rubble Thankfully this was in the last few hours of our stay and were not hurt but may have been had we been in the flat at the time. All in all, were were disappointed in this flat but have booked a much better (but pricier) apartment via VRBO for next year.

Lovely short break

Just returned from a 4 night break with my husband and 18 year old son. Communication with Olive was great and a day or two before we left, loads of information was sent through on WhatsApp from Colm including details of taxi transfer which was great as we didn't have a car. Check in couldn't have been easier and accommodation is as described. It's not luxury, but it has everything you need. Location is good, 15 minutes walk to the beach but it is a steep hill so pack your good shoes! Loads of lovely restaurants and bars along the boardwalk. Perfect place for a short stay. Beautiful Sunny Fortnight

The property was as advertised. What we liked particularly were the two bathrooms as this avoided queues in the morning. The apartment wS spacious with good-sized terrace which was sunny until late evening. Parking was a bit tricky but we solved that by unloading at the front and parking at the back.

Hidden gem near the beach, and a short drive from Marbella

The apartment is in a beautiful property, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to Max Beach - nice and low key, had a lovely long boardwalk along the beach, and several nice beach restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. Parking behind the Rocco Grill is always available and not cramped. The apartment is not a luxury apartment, but had everything you need - a lovely balcony with a nice sea view, and overlooking the pool, comfortable beds, laundry machine, decent kitchen, and all the necessities for a week or longer stay. Everything was spotless, and very well organized, and Colm was always just a message or phone call away anyone we had questions. A word of advice - RTFM 🙂 - Colm provided a lot of information about finding the apartment once you are in the development, which I didn't read in detail, and we arrived late at night, and spent a while looking for the apartment in the dark. So, do read the instructions in detail - which gate to enter, where to find the common light switches, etc. We enjoyed our stay here and will likely pick the same one of we are back in the Marbella area.

Appartment with stunning views

My husband myself and three kids aged 10,12 and 13, had such a lovely time staying here. When you walk into the appartment you are just with the sea view from the balcony. It was so easy to communicate with Colm the manager. He gave me a number so I could arrange an airport transfer. He sent me a welcome pack with all the details we could need and pin drops for the beach etc. My kids loved the pool and it kept them entertained we were able to walk to the restaurants and there was lots of choice. I would def stay there again. Thanks so much.

Lovely family holiday

Excellent property, facilities and equipment were spot on and we all had a lovely holiday! The pools were both great and we did a mixture of eating in and out of the apartment. We had everything we could need to cook at home. Our favourite restaurant by a mile was Mamma Nostra for amazing pizza's and pasta. We're a fairly fit family and there is a 1km hill to the property which is not for the faint hearted (or unfit!) so supermarket / beach / evenings out required planning as you don't want to do the walk more than twice a day! Highly recommended for a lovely relaxing family holiday

Ideal Spot

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. The only place I’ve stayed where the freezer actually works! The ceiling fans in both bedrooms were a godsend, really quiet and keeps you cool all night. Just beware of the sliding door on the balcony
don’t close it if you’re outside. You won’t be able to get back in. Really friendly owners who give you all the information you need on WhatsApp. Cheers!

The communication with the owners before we arrived was amazing, lots of helpful information. Lovely appartment, had everything we needed. Having the pool was fantastic as it was very hot. We hired a car which we found really useful when popping to the shops, different beach or sightseeing for the day.

Great hosts in Riviera del Sol

Great apartment.. clean and with very comfortable beds , well equipped kitchen and verandah overlooking the pool and with sea and sunset views. Immaculate gardens and pool areas. I hired a car which gave us a lot of freedom and flexibility but public transport in Costa Mijas is very good. Bus stops are at the bottom of the hill in both directions .....for Marbella , La Cala and Fuengirola. ( Change here for a visit to beauriful Mijas..a must!) Car or taxi needed for those with mobility issues but easy 12minute walk, otherwise...to the beach, restaurants and supermarket....and the great boardwalk which runs along the beach to nearby La Cala ....favourite village of ours with fantastic restaurants, twice weekly open air market , chiringuitos, on the beach and pretty little streets to explore. Communication with Colm and Olive was fantastic, they couldn't be more helpful! Wonderful holiday. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Christine ( May 2023)

Lovely peaceful apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Pueblo Los Olivos. The whole process from asking questions before booking, to departure was great with good communication. The all year round pool was clean and open as expected. Unfortunately the larger pool was slightly delayed in opening due to a pump issue but this was rectified whilst we were there and used it every day. The hill to walk up (that has been mentioned) is no problem if you are fit and well and take your time. If you're too hot, carrying bags or have had a couple of beers the taxi rank is opposite the supermarket and only €5. There are beautiful views all around the complex. We walked up to Miraflores and down to the beach most days. The bus stops at Max Beach and between €6 & €9 (single for a family of 4) to Fuengirola and Marbella. Marbella old town was stunning. We visited Miraflores Tennis Club and hired a court and rackets and had a dip in their pool. The beach closet to the apartment is a bit rocky but we walked along to Luna Beach at Calahonda which was sandy and safe with lifeguards on duty. It also had a lovely bar. The walk along the boardwalk in both directions (Calahonda or La Cala de Mijas) is lovely and there lots of chirringuitos en route to keep refreshed! Apartment perfect for a family. 2 bathrooms and a sunny balcony overlooks the all year pool and the sea. Well equipped for self-catering. There are comfy furnishings inside and out. Never had a problem with hot water (as others have mentioned). Well recommend 👍

Roomy two bedroomed appartment in a lovely position. Over our six week stay there were a few minor issues which the ownwers sorted out, whthout question. They were always accessable and reposnded rapidly. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great value.

Good view of the sea, nice property.

we stayed for 8 nights, condo was clean upon arrival. Detailed check in instructions, easy to follow. Tennis, gym, padel in the community, additional fee. Would recommend for a family.
