Live a unique experience on the Costa del Sol!
Our property is situated in a privileged location, in the heart of Andalusia, in the Mijas Golf Valley. Being next to the sea and only 25 minutes' drive from MĂĄlaga airport makes it a popular destination for golfers from all over Europe.
Your holiday can be the perfect starting point for a combined golf, beach, relaxation and culture holiday, less than 20 minutes from Marbella's old town and the famous luxury port "Puerto BanĂșs". The nearest village is La Cala and Fuengirola with a wide selection of restaurants and one of Spain's largest seafronts.
The property is next to Cala Nova Golf course, the beach and La Cala.
This precious house welcomes us with a bright living-dining room with a welcoming terrace.
This welcoming property features perfect decoration that will make your stay perfect holidays.
At the back of the entrance we find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet.
On the first floor you will find the three bedrooms, one of them en suite (with shower and bathtub), which also has access to a wonderful terrace with incredible views. This same floor also has another complete bathroom.
On the top floor you will be able to find a perfect solarium to enjoy the sun and its sunsets on the horizon.
It is an ideal and comfortable house. Crossing through the living room and the terrace, we find a spacious garden of more than 100 square metres with a barbecue area.
The house has a private garage space, in addition to the space that this community has available.
The Calaburra-Chaparral area forms the coastal zone that extends from the boundary of the municipality of Fuengirola to the current urban centre of La Cala de Mijas.
With almost 5 km of coastline and 25 minutes by car from MĂĄlaga and Marbella airports, it is an area with a privileged and strategic location. Between Fuengirola Bay and Mijas Bay lies Punta de Calaburras, a rocky cape with two important historical architectural landmarks: the old Medieval watchtower and the Calaburra lighthouse.
This area will undoubtedly satisfy the needs of golf lovers, sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, with the advantages of living near the sea without having to forgo great cultural and gastronomic offerings. It is 12 minutes' drive from Miramar shopping centre.

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt on the property.
A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).
Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is that you enjoy a pleasant stay. For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions. However, the guest accepts the following:
