The hotel was great in an excellent location. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. The only issue we had is that the room we got had an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We told the front desk that same night we arrived, but he said to talk to the front desk in the morning he couldn’t do anything. The next morning with almost no sleep due to the smell, we asked if we could be relocated to another room, the girl at the front desk, very nicely, said she would talk to the manager to check on the options. The manager did not take the time to approach us to tell us anything, instead, he sent the girl front the front desk to tell us that the hotel was booked every single day we were there. Very unlikely to be fully booked the first few days in December, we started to think maybe the whole hotel has a sewage issue and he problem was in every room. Would not Stay here again afraid that the sewage smell is in every room.
