Just 600 meters from the subway of Cimiano there is Alice’s House, a modern and recently renovated accommodation perfect for a large family or group of friends or colleagues. Up to 6 beds, two bedrooms, very bright, has all the comforts you need. There are three desks for work, a kitchen area equipped with all appliances in the living room, a large smart tv and two terraces. The house has been furnished by the owner, a young designer who loves colors and essentiality.

Alice’s House is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of apartments run by hospitality professionals.

The apartment is quiet and bright and has all the comforts of home.

As soon as you enter you will find the living room with the relaxation area with sofa bed (140x200), large smart tv, open kitchen and dining area.

For your stay you will find the espresso machine, the kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and refrigerator.

The living room leads to the outside balcony equipped with a table and two chairs, for a pleasant coffee break outdoors.

All windows have security protection because the apartment is on the mezzanine floor.

A door separates the living area from the sleeping area.

In the master bedroom you will find a cozy and original bed (160x200), resting on pallets, painted white, which have the characteristic of being robust and not creaky.

On the corner of the room there is a reading area with armchair and floor lamp, a desk with ergonomic chair and on the other side of the room, a wardrobe.

The room has a French window that opens onto a small balcony equipped with a table and two chairs and a drying rack very convenient for hanging. In the second room there are two single beds (90x200), two desks for work or study in peace and a large wardrobe, with all the space you need for a slightly longer stay.

Communal heating make the apartment warm and cozy, air conditioning in all rooms, board games available to guests and wifi, complete the offer of the apartment.

The apartment is in a typical Italian house, in a residential, popular, quiet neighborhood very convenient to reach every area of Milan by metro or bus.

The building is inside a complex of buildings almost all renovated. The last building that will be renovated in 2025 is the one where Alice’s House is, that’s why it looks a little ruined outside.

Inside it is perfectly set up with an informal and young taste and everything is completely new.

Alice’s House is the ideal comfortable base for those looking for an authentic stay away from the center of the metropolis but, at the same time, convenient for the San Raffaele hospital, the city center and train stations thanks to the presence of the green metro line. There are 6 stops to Central Station, 12 stops to Cadorna Station, 9 km to Linate Airport and 10 minutes to San Raffaele.

From Alice’s House you can reach in a few minutes on foot the Lambro Park, one of the largest green areas of Milan, which contains two areas equipped for children’s play, a skateboard track, football fields, various sports facilities and numerous paths for running and walking.

At 100 meters from the apartment there is a small shopping area with two bars, a tobacconist, a bakery, two convenience stores, a stationery and with the Water House.

Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit for a good awakening with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.

The spaces in Alice’s House have been optimized for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there is also the wardrobe and desks for those staying for a longer period.

Guests will have access to the entire three-room apartment located on the ground floor.

Alice’s House is equipped with self check-in, or entrance in complete autonomy through a safety deposit box for keys.

Check-out is scheduled by h. 10:00.

For all bookings of more than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning charge must be paid directly to the host.

WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.
