The flat, placed in central Milan, close to 'Arco della Pace' and Cadorna Station, is located at the 1st floor of a residential building, with elevators and doorman.
Bright, spacious, elegantly furnished, a large and fully equipped open kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher, oven), a bedroom with double bed (queen bad), two littles balconys facing the street, and a bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a sofa-bed if needed.
The house is fully furnished, air conditioning, linen and towels, hairdryer and eletric iron.
THE AREA:
In 25 minutes walking, you can reach the park and the Duomo Cathedral.
Shops and stores are in the nearest Via Monti and Via Canonica.
Around the 'Arco della Pace' there are many coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants and you can easily spend the night, it's one of the Milan 'movida' area
TO GET THERE:
- From Linate Airport:?express bus nr. 73 to San Babila + bus nr. 61 and you can easily get to Via Canova corner Via Pagano.
- From Cadorna Station, were arriving at the Malpensa Airport (Malpensa Express): bus nr. 61 two stops and you arrive at Via Canova corner Via Pagano.
- From Central Station: Metro M2 green line, to Cadorna Station, bus nr. 61 two stops.

Great apartment with lots of style

A wonderful apartment which was very clean and had everything you could wish for. So comfortable and fairly quiet. Easy access to walk into Milan centre. The owner was very friendly and so helpful with the booking and settling us in when we arrived. We would highly recommend this apartment to stay in.

Nice flat near the Sempiano Park, Milan

Very nice modern apartment with all amenities as describe in the listing. Very clean and a confortable bed queen size. Giuliana the owner was very helpful and had all the necessary information for us. Very close to Sempiano park, easy walk to Milan historic center.

Very comfortable

Nice apartment, plenty of room, air conditioned. About 2 minute walk to bus that takes you to the Duomo and about 10 minutes from metro. Residential neighborhood with restaurants a block or two away.

Beautiful apartment in luxury apartment building

When we saw the word 'cosy' we thought it may have ended up being a very tiny place. The apartment was anything but small - it has a good sized kitchen, ample dining room area and incredibly comfortable and spacious living room. This is a very homey and comfortable place to stay in Milan, and felt very safe. We appreciated all the materials for visitors that Guiliana left for us, and enjoyed the beautiful furnishings and well-stocked kitchen. It is a good 10 minute walk to the nearest metro, but the walk is delightful as you go along the beautiful Parc Sempione, which was a treat in itself. We would highly recommend this apartment for short or long term stays!

Perfect match!

Giuliana's apartment was the perfect match for us. It is in a lovely building ( with excellent security, though we did not feel it was needed) in a wonderful upscale neighborhood. The apartment is perfectly appointed with an excellent king size bed, great living area and well equipped kitchen. We had all that we needed to feel at home....in hers. She even stocked a few essentials for us (loved the bowl of ripe cherries and split of wine!). From the beginning of our booking, she responded in a very timely manner to any of our questions and upon arrival met us at the apartment to give us both an orientation to the flat as well as some very helpfully tips about transportation, restaurants, shopping, sights, etc. thanks to her suggestions we were able to pop round the corner to a lovely little food market to lay in the provisions we wanted/needed. Over the few days that we were there (seeing the city and Expo) we found this location to be within walking distance to a number of the major sites and especially enjoyed the beautiful park that we walked to and from when we were using the Metro station. An overall great experience.

A really confortabile stay in Milano.

It has a perfect location being a couple of meters away from the amazing Park Sempione and Arco della Pace. In few minutes crossing the Park you will be in Brera district or at Duomo Cathridal. Giuliana is warm and friendly and did everything to make our stay really pleasant.

Perfect Place in Milan Central

We loved the flat, it was the perfect place to stay in Milan. The location is very close to Castle Sforza, Milan Central Visitor Center, Expo Central, the Last Supper. and the Duomo. We found the market and cooked our own meals in the beautiful kitchen where we had everything we needed. We loved the big fluffy bath towels. Thank you Guiliana and Dan for offering this perfect place in Milan and also thank you for the coffee and breakfast supplies and recommendation for dinner. I would highly recommend this flat if you are staying in Milan.

Wonderful apartment

I had another great stay in this apartment. The apartment is well furnished, well equipped, and in a great location - it's easy to get to any place in Milan. The host is wonderful and she does a lot to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable, including having snacks ready upon their arrival, providing them with a plethora of information on Milan, and always being available to answer any questions. Beautiful Apartment in Milan

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location in Milan. The apartment is very large, and so well appointed. Guiliana has set up everything you need, so you feel right at home. The tram stop is about 2 blocks away, and the neighborhood has very convenient grocery stores and great restaurants within a quick walk. All of the sights in Milan are easily accessable by walking or public transportation. Guiliana is so easy to work with, and knows exactly what her guests need - she has numerous maps, guidebooks, restaurant and touring recommentations, directions on how to use the public transit system. You are comfortable and at home right away. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
