Good location as it’s on the tram line and the metro is a 5min walk. Parking at the hotel is expensive so we parked on the outside of the city and used public transport for the week. Breakfast was a good selection. We had our 6 year old daughter with us but didn’t have a small bed or mattress in the room for her so slept in the same bed which was large enough for all of us but still something to consider. Supermarkets also close by if you need something. Clean hotel, reminds me of an older grand hotel

Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Communal areas of the hotel very nice. Good breakfast. Great location. Room was clean but tired and with some damaged fittings. Overall a good hotel that I would use again.

Easily accessible metro and tram. Metro is 7minute walk and tram is right infront of the building. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet offers hearty meals from fresh fruits, bread and pastry, selection of protein, vegies and cheese. Fruit juices and coffee are also available.

From check-in, the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean and some nice toiletries included, including a shaving kit and sanitary kit. Breakfast was nice and varied, exactly what is needed to set you up for a day in the city. The metro station is a 5 minute walk, from which you can get anywhere in the city. There is also a tram that goes past the hotel which stops at a metro station if you didn't want to walk. There is an area about a half an hour walk away with a selection of bars and restaurants. The hotel is non alcoholic, however there are more than enough bars within walking distance for it not to be an issue. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when we return to Milan. The only downside was we struggling to work the air conditioning - the panel was touch screen and we could not understand how to control it. Credit to the hotel, the staff sorted a handyman to come and switch it on as soon as we mentioned it but he also had to read the instruction manual. All staff involved were nice and helpful whenever we needed help or advice.

Nice, but no beer!

Nice and convenient hotel, but bar doesn't serve alcohol and only have a single small slow lift, which was a bit of a pain during busy hours for high floors

Comfortable hotel, central location

Hotel is very comfortable - not new but well renovated and clean, giving you a warm feeling. The reception staff is very courteous, and the complimentary breakfast offers a healthy variety - cereals, croissants, steamed vegetables, bacon, boiled eggs, Italian pastries, fruits. There is free coffee both in the breakfast room and the lobby. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes' walk, and some good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again
