The beds were comfortable, but the room had a mouldy smell upon entry. We located the mould (near to the window) just before we checked out. The tv only had channels in italian. Unfortunatey the 4 star rating felt slightly incongruous with our experience of the hotel.

The hotel was good and met all our requirements for our one-night stay. It is conveniently located near an outstanding restaurant named Samacanda. I highly recommend this establishment to all. I selected a single room equipped with two double beds. The room offered ample space for six suitcases and featured a reasonably sized bathroom. However, the absence of a shower curtain was quite unusual, leading to potential water spillage in the bathroom when opting for a shower over a bath. The hotel also offered transfers to the airport at €5 euro each per a person therefore we booked the 6am transfer which was prompt and manged to accompany all 6 suitcases. Definitely would recommend for minimum 1 night stay as it is an airport hotel nothing much to do around .

Check in was very efficient, the room very clean, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Only had cappuccino before we left for an early flight but did have dinner the evening before. The menu has many different choices and the bar is fully stocked. Absolutely nothing at all wrong with this hotel for a night before a flight.

The toom we were assigned had a broken thermostat and was hotter than the desert, both days we stayed. We mentioned it to the staff members but they suggested just turning it off as a solution. They said that they shut it off from a station behind the reception counter they did nothing, to rectify the situation. We brought it to their attention a couple of times to no resolve. I will be contacting Expedia when I’m done travelling and have more time to address it. I will be looking for compensation for our stay as it was very disappointing. We were told that the room was one of the “older ones” and were placed at the back of the hotel on the first floor right above their recycling bins that they continually used at the most inappropriate times of the night and early morning?! The first nights dinner was also disappointing in the fact that the staff was very brash at collecting/cleaning the table after our first course and removed my son’s cutlery of his dishes and basically threw them down on the place mat in front of him as opposed to just clearing the plates and giving him a new set of cutlery. When I finished the other lady attendant did take my plans cutlery away and brought me knew cutlery for my second course, (the way it should be handled). We were led to believe by their posting that the shuttle to the airport was provided by the hotel until we were surprised to find out when getting on the shuttle that there was a $5 euro charge??

No, it was not. Breakfast was a bit better than dinner...but not great. The place was filthy...stains on the floors, extra hard pillows...sad looking comforters. I would never recommend it to anyone or would I go back. The shuttle was Euros 5 and the driver left me on the opposite of the airport, even though I told him I was flying Delta, which departs always from the same gates. Stay away from that hotel...FILTHY!

The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, able to control room temp. One of the shower handles was broken and the shower drained so slowly we were afraid it was going to flood the bathroom. Notified management. The on site restaurant was the big surprise! Had a delicious salmon dinner , my husband had the Milanese osso buca. The breakfast buffet offered many hot and cold options-enough to carry us through the day. We also appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. We’d stay again!

Whenever I go to Italy. I fly in/out Milan. Every time I go to Milan to transit to somewhere in Italy, I stay this hotel. close to the airport and shuttle bus every time I come to Italy. The room is spacious, very clean. The breakfast is served from 5 am. Even thought your flight is very early, you won't miss a fabulous, full breakfast.

The entry door lock was broken. We were sold a room with a broken door, and since there was no other room available when we arrived at 2 a.m., we had no choice but to sleep in the room despite the risk that anyone could have entered by mistake. It was obvious the lock was already known to be broken, as it was taped when we approached the door. Our room number was 1108. Very disappointed.

The best hotel in Milan near the airport

Whenever I come to Milan, I always stay at this hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus from the airport (5 euro). The stuff is very friendly; the room is clean. the fabulous breakfast is served from 5-10. When I have to leave early morning, I can still have a breakfast. Perfect!!!

Simple, comfortable but not exactly near airport

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom big and clean. But it’s an absolute nightmare to get to from airport. It’s only 2.4km but taxis wanted €25. The hotel does have a shuttle but this needs to be highlighted more, otherwise it’s a taxi or local bus and that then involves a 750m walk
