Very nosy in breakfast area and in rooms corridor. One of staff at reception not good when I check in. She gave me room card not open when I come back she reprogramming the card and not working make me come back to here but she didn’t believe and she come to be sure and then she ask somebody to change the card.

Clean, basic unfriendly hotel

Hotel is quite a bit out of Milan so you will pay 30 euros each way in taxis We were ok with this as we needed secure parking which was provided at the hotel Very basic but clean hotel. The front desk staff were just plain rude and ignorant, no service with a smile here. We felt like we were being a nuisance just for being there and having the audacity to check in.

Unprofessional staff do not help the hotel guests at all. The location is very far and it is very difficult and expensive to get there. My room was opened for cleaning but the bathroom and toilet were completely dirty. Even one star is too much. Very disappointing

The cleanliness was lovely the staff were very polite and attentive as a hotel very nice just unfortunately location is a bit inconvenient to get to places without a car. But the rooms were spacious and great views
