Good hotel

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while at a conference nearby, the hotel staff were great and very helpful. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, which is a but of a miss, but there are some restaurants nearby.

From the wonderful greeting and check-in, to the perfect recommendation for dinner, to the very best shower, to the excellent and extensive dinner, this hotel was AWESOME! The private patio was icing on the cake. They leven et us srore our luggage the last day so we could go exploring Milan. If youre staying anywhere else in Milan besides the Milan Suites Hotel, you're missing out on a great experience.

I booked Milan Suite Hôtel because the listing made it seem like the main attractions; the Duomo, Cathedral, and San Siro Stadium, were just 10 minutes away. That’s absolutely misleading. In reality, these places are at least a 40-minute drive, and getting around by Uber will cost you €60+ each way. The same goes for the airport: they claim it’s 30 minutes away, but it’s closer to 50 minutes, costing about €100. This was a huge disappointment, because location and accessibility were the main reasons we booked. On top of that, the service was very nonchalant and far from welcoming. The only positives are that the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are spacious. But honestly, what’s the point of a nice room if the location and service completely ruin the experience?

Poor breakfast Buffett, both days the counters were mostly empty when I asked if more food was coming they said it was still being made. They didn’t honour the room upgrade even though they were showing availability. The kettle wasn’t working in the room, no hair dryer and when I told them they would take over an hour to resolve. Very disappointed as I booked this because it was VIP so very misleading.

This hotel is wonderful..the room was fantastic…large, stylish..clean..Comfortable..and I can definitely recommend getting a room on the first floor with its huge private balcony. Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo. Very quiet residential neighborhood…I really enjoyed it

My wife and I recently stayed at Milan Suite Hotel and had a wonderful experience, a perfect mix of comfort, style, and calm after long days exploring the city. We highly recommend booking the suite with the garden. it’s absolutely worth it. Having that private little outdoor space made our mornings and evenings feel extra relaxing, especially with a coffee or glass of wine in hand. It really adds a peaceful touch you don’t often get in a city hotel. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated with modern finishes. The bed was super comfortable, and the rain shower was a nice luxury. One thing to note, the TVs in the room aren’t smart TVs. But the hotel does offer a USB-C/Lightning to HDMI converter if you want to connect your phone. That said, they only have a limited amount, so if you’re planning to stream movies or shows, I’d recommend bringing a Roku, Fire Stick, or even your game console. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and we loved sitting in the quiet courtyard to start our day. The location is outside of the main tourist hustle, which made it feel like a true escape, but it was still easy to reach the city center by tram or taxi. All in all, Milan Suite Hotel was a great choice for our trip. Stylish, peaceful, and just the right amount of luxury, we’ll definitely be back.

First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that doesn’t provide water to guests in room free of charge. Also breakfast selection is extremely limited & charges extra for something like omelette… so even if you pay for breakfast you’ll be charged extra to eat what you actually want.

Great hotel, good breakfast, very nice accommodation albeit the outside furniture of our room was starting to look quite worn. Very friendly staff and had an excellent front desk lady that was very helpful and directed us to 3 great restaurants The hotel is a bit out of the way to central Milano however easy retrain and bus connections. The maintenance staff should trim all of the weed growth against the street curb next to the hotel. You have a beautiful and modern structure and right out at the front sidewalk there are weeds growing half a meter tall.

The accommodation was excellent. Very spacious, clean and well maintained. We did not have the breakfast option as we were out early each day, so can’t comment on that. You can get public transport nearby into the centre or easily get an uber. There was a lovely cafe nearby for morning coffee and fresh pastries, which served dinner in the evening. The staff were amazing and the prices reasonable. A good sign that the locals used it. It was called Nuovo Fiore - as you step out of the hotel turn right and walk down for about 5 minutes and it’s on the other side of the street on the corner. There were a couple of local shops nearby for supplies (there is a fridge and microwave in the room) although we found our fridge temperature not to really chill anything.

We stayed in one of the Junior Patio suites aka Naked Suites and it was probably one of the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The oriental theme with bamboo hanging rails for clothes, and wall coverings was beautiful and in some way soothing bringing a sense of a natural outdoor organic environment inside the room. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable giving excellent restaurant recommendations within easy walking distance of the hotel, our favourites being L'Immagine Bistrot and Onda da Gusto Pizzeria. The shower and bathroom facilities were fabulous, including bidet, the shower had 3 settings, waterfall, rainshower.and handheld shower. The housekeeping were efficient and thorough every night of our 3 nts stay. I truly cannot find fault with anything, top marks to The Milan Suite hotel.
