Summary:
Welcome to The Bike Garage! This is a unique loft in the De Angeli neighborhood, born thanks to the urban regeneration of an old bike repair shop.

The loft is approx. 110m² (1200sq ft) and has 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. In the living room, there is an extra sofa bed (very comfortable!) that can fit 2 more people, for a total of 6 guests. The loft is fully at your disposal, it has a private entrance from the ground floor of the building. I will be available over the phone or in person.

The Space:
As an Airbnb super host that travels the world, I know the importance of well-sleeping, so every bed is equipped with top-level memory-foam mattresses and pillows. Trust me, this is a real game changer!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, a professional oven, a dishwasher, a spacious fridge and much more.

Guest Access:
The loft is located on the base floor of a five-stories building of the early '50. You can easily access the loft through a ramp and there is a private entrance.

The Neighborhood:
The loft is located in the upmarket De Angeli neighborhood, very near the famous Mercato Coperto. There are plenty of traditional Italian restaurants within easy walking distance, and Malpensa Airport is just 35 minutes away by car.

Getting Around:
The best way to reach the city.

If you are traveling by plane (Malpensa), take the shuttle train to Cadorna station and then the red subway direction Bisceglie. Your stop is De Angeli.

If you are traveling by train (Central Station) take the green subway line to Cadorna, and then the red one direction Bisceglie to De Angeli stop.

If you are traveling with car or valet at 30 euros per day. Please note that parking is (obviously) subject to availability, so if you plan to arrive by car - especially during events or holidays -, I suggest you to book in advance (please ask me at least 3 days prior to your arrival) or to use free parking (a little walk may be necessary since there is not always a parking available in front of the property). If you are traveling with your child, we can offer parking assistance on your arrival (eg, locating the best spot, helping you with directions, translating signs into English .. .) at the cost of 30 Euros paid by cash (plus the cost of parking if applies).

Other Things to Note:
This is one of the few places in Milan with a high-speed internet connection (1Gbps fiber). Enjoy your favorite streaming platform!

Interaction with Guests:
The loft will be fully at your disposal, no other people will stay there. The check-in is 3 pm until midnight, and it will be in-person (please advise me on the estimated check-in time) and you are required to sign the house rules and provide valid IDs for every guest. If I’m not in town, my friend Rosina will welcome you and do all the paperwork.
The check-out is by 11 am. If you leave earlier, just leave the keys on the kitchen table.
Please note that the main entrance building door is typically open during the day, but it closes during nights and Sunday afternoon. So, be sure to take with you both keys (main building entrance plus the loft keys). Since these keys are equipped with a smart-chip, if you lose them, a one-time fee of 50 euros will be charged – no exceptions.
