Looking for relaxation and comfort? The Villa is located in a very quiet and safe residential area in Segrate – ideal for unwinding after a day spent in Milan or exploring Northern Italy. Its strategic location allows you to quickly reach the main attractions of Milan, the Lakes, and other art cities of Northern Italy.

The villa is spread over four floors:
• Ground Floor: living room, dining area, kitchen with access to the garden, and one bathroom
• First Floor: three bedrooms and one bathroom
• Second Floor (attic): open space with sofa bed
• Basement: laundry area

⚠️ The villa is located in a very quiet residential area, inhabited by families who value peace and quiet.
To ensure good coexistence and maintain a great relationship with the neighbors, I kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

⚠️ The villa does not have air conditioning, but 5 fans are available. The attic, being more exposed to the sun, gets warmer and does not have blackout curtains.

To make the most of all the wonderful things the area has to offer and move around comfortably, we strongly recommend having a car available.

》Milan city center is about a 15-minute drive – perfect for visiting the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and top museums.

》Segrate Station is 5 minutes away by car or bus; from there, you can reach central Milan by train in a few minutes.

》Milan Linate Airport is just 10 minutes away by car – perfect for flying to and from Milan.

》Milan Malpensa Airport is 40–45 minutes away by car – ideal for intercontinental flights.

》Bergamo (with its Upper Town and UNESCO Venetian walls) is about 40–45 minutes by car and is also home to Orio al Serio Airport.

》The city of Monza and its famous Royal Villa are 20–25 minutes away by car.

》Lake Como is about 40 minutes away by car – perfect for boat trips and breathtaking views.

》Lecco (on the eastern branch of Lake Como) is about 45–50 minutes by car – great for lakeside walks and mountain trekking.

》Pavia (with the famous Covered Bridge and the beautiful Certosa di Pavia) is about 40 minutes away by car.

》Brescia (with its historic center and Roman Capitolium) is about 1 hour away by car.

》Lake Garda (Desenzano, Sirmione and surroundings) is reachable in about 1–1.15 hours by car – ideal for day trips, water sports, and relaxation.

☞ EXTRA BEDDING:
-Up to 6 people: 3 beds included.
-From 7 to 8 people: 4 beds included (3 beds + 1 sofa bed).
-More than 8 people: 5 beds included (3 beds + 2 sofa beds).
NOTICE: The maximum number of available beds is 5. If you wish to use more beds than those provided based on the number of guests, an extra charge for bedding will be applied.

☞ FREE PARKING: Private and located right in front of the villa (visible in the photos)

☞ SELF CHECK-IN: By law, personal data and an ID document must be submitted via a secure online check-in form, even for last-minute bookings. The process is handled by a professional service, in compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR), ensuring maximum confidentiality of your information.

☞ LAST-MINUTE CHECK-IN: For bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the check-in time cannot be guaranteed. I will, however, do my best to allow access as soon as possible.

☞ NO TOURIST TAX:
The Villa is located in Segrate, just outside Milan, in a strategic area where no tourist tax is required, unlike in the city of Milan.

☞ SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is only allowed outdoors

☞ CRIB AVAILABLE: Bedding for the crib is not provided.

☞ STAFF-ONLY AREAS: Some closets or cabinets are reserved for storing materials and supplies.

☞ MANDATORY CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS:
For stays longer than 14 nights, a weekly cleaning fee is required to ensure proper maintenance of the accommodation.
