Clean property. The breakfast not very good. Most of the facilities were not working properly, even though this is a newer property. Not the best location if you have to travel between Watertown and Minnesota

Clean hotel, friendly staff

My husband and I just had a quick overnight stay. Our room was clean ans comfortable with no issues. We checked in fairly quickly and the front desk staff was very nice. Our only issue was that we were told breakfast started at 6am. When we arrived at 6:25am, all that was left was cold items unless we wanted to make a waffle. We had to be on the road pretty early that morning so we waited as long as we could before leaving without breakfast. It was a little disappointing since there aren't a lot of local places to grab a hot breakfast (to my knowledge). Other that this issue, we would definitely stay again!

We booked a hotel in Milbank for family Easter in Ortonville so our kids can swim but the pool wasn’t working (heater broke) so it was too cold for swimming and the hot tub was broken. Would’ve just stayed local (Ortonville) at the hotel with no pool.

Great option for this area.

Great option for the area. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was okay, they ran out of items after I went through and there didn't seem to be a hurry to refill eggs, etc.
