Nestled into the trees on a two-acre lot overlooking Lake Adger, this gorgeous, newly built home pairs a secluded, gated location with proximity to a wide variety of attractions. Hiking, biking, and riding trails, waterfalls, local wineries, breweries, and quaint historic towns will surround you. Downtown Asheville is 36 miles away, and the Biltmore Estate is less than 50 miles from your vacation home. Hikers, adventurers, sightseers, foodies, sports fans, boaters, and music lovers - there's something for everyone in the family to enjoy on your next stay in beautiful western North Carolina! Tropical storm Helene impacted the use of nearby Lake Lure, but luckily Lake Adger was unharmed and continuous to be a wonderful place to enjoy a day at the water.

Start your day with breakfast while admiring the brilliant mountain and lake views from your fully furnished back deck, living room, and outdoor kitchen. Snooze on the couch under the pergola and wake up with a soothing soak in the hot tub, sunken right into the deck. Afterward, have a friendly game of cornhole before heading back into the house.

Inside, everything is bright, fresh, and new. You'll find mountain views from every window, high ceilings, hardwood floors, luxurious furnishings, and an open layout perfectly designed for entertaining or gathering as a family. Group gathering spaces include the open plan great room, dining area, kitchen, an enclosed sunroom with easy chairs and a game table, and the outdoor deck. The sizable, upscale kitchen features everything you could want - tons of quartz countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, cabinet space, and more kitchen equipment than you'll ever need.

The large, well-appointed bedrooms ensure you'll sleep soundly at night. The primary suite features a king bed, direct access to the deck, a lovely bathroom, and a walk-in closet. On the other side of the home you will find three additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a lovely view out the back of the home. Bedroom 3 has comfortable twin beds. Bedroom 4 can conveniently be used as an additional sitting room with reclining chairs, a large TV, a refrigerator, and a desk once the queen Murphy bed is tucked away. Two more desks in the home mean you'll always have dedicated workspaces if you want to finish some remote work. Reward your efforts by relaxing on the comfy couches and watching the TV before settling down.

After a day of visiting the many close-by attractions, you may wish to end the day the same way you began - out on your deck. Prep your dinner in the outdoor kitchen and fire up the built-in gas grill for an easy cookout. Or you can treat yourself by preparing something in the gourmet kitchen, then serving everyone at the exquisite round dining table, which has a built-in turntable. Either way, spend your evening relaxing under the stars or in the great room before retiring for the night.
