3 - If you plan on disturbing the neighbours. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

- Don't leave garbage outside. Garbage must be placed inside the garbage and recycling bins on the corner of Chartier and Tamarracouta.
- There is a surveillance camera located outside on the property in front and in back
- Firewood not included
- Propane not included. Propane tank is available to fill.
- Please conserve WATER. Our water comes from a well. Please conserve water. If too much water is used in a short period of time, the water pressure will be reduced
- DO NOT enter the trails in the back forest. There are bears and wolves.

AVOID Absolutely!

COCKROACHES on the kitchen counter! Supposed to be AC but actually it’s a portable AC fit for 1-2 rooms and dusty fans to blow the air, cobwebs all over the place
 Absolutely disgusting, we actually left 1 day earlier at our own expense and rented a room at a hotel nearby!

Endroit parfait pour une grande famille ou pour rencontre entre amis. Nous avons passée de beaux moment sans se piler sur les pieds. Pour les ados d'aujourd'hui, le réseau cellulaire et internet n'est pas super mais si on sortait à l'extérieur surtout en avant dehors, c'était trÚs bien.

La communication avec Dam a été trÚs apprécié tout est parfaitement expliqué et Sam répond trÚs vite ! Tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour un groupe est présent dans la maison Le couchage et le le linge de maison sont de belle qualité. Endroit sans prétention mais trÚs convivial pour un groupe. Nous reviendrons certainement pour goûter la piscine en saison !

Family getaway and ski trip

We had a wonderful time at this home! Our expectations were exceeded and Sam was an excellent host. We loved that we were close to some great ski hills, cross country ski trails and some amazing skating trails and hockey rinks. What a beautiful area to explore in the winter!

The coolest stay

This is the best place to stay if you are coming to montreal with your friends. The place was very clean neat and just the best spot around montreal. i was so happy with the host and the house.we all had a wonderful time here.if you wish a nice place to stay near montreal this is one of the best place you will get around. i would love to recommand this place to my freinds or anyone who ask me a good spot to stay in montreal. The swimming pool was splendid and wonderful.The only suggestion i can give to the host is that if there are more lights in the backyard area near swimming pool and behind it would be so wonderful also i am hoping a fenced backyard with some mesh or wires .we wished we could have stayed here longer than a night beacuse the place is worth much more and to discover nearby areas.

After being cramped in a Montreal hotel room for three nights, it was a welcome stay for our family of five to spread out and have space to themselves. We were looking for proximity to the ski hill, beds and a kitchen. The house itself wasn't spectacular, but we usually don't use rentals for the "wow" factor, we use them for space and efficiency. A bit of a disappointment was the lack of Queen or King bed on the main sleeping floor. For the first time in 20 years, my husband and I slept in single beds. This is an easy fix, the updated posting should reflect this change.

Milles-Isles - Disappointing

Overall, we were quite disappointed with the condition of this property. Its an older property and it needs some serious rennovations. The kitchen was lacking in ustensils; the inside of the drawers were not very clean and we had some critters on the counter top. The listing says it has A/C but note that its just 1 window unit and it will not cool the bedrooms. The basement had a very moldy smell. On the outside, the terrance if spacious and the pool was clean and heated. There is a stand alone garage on the property which we were not allowed to use so if you have bikes (or skis in the winter) you may need to bring them inside.

This was a great place to spend time with friends and family. The kids enjoyed swimming and having baroque. It is well maintained cottage and all amenities were there. I will go back there again.

Lacrossee Weekend

Our grand daughter had a provincial tournament in Saint-Eustauche. 10 family and friends stayed in the house. It was perfect for our group. About a 40 minute drive. We were able to do all of our cooking etc at the house and the bedrooms were great and the two bathrooms worked very well. Thanks for the stay, Al Watt

Great value for families

This was an awesome location for our March break ski trip at Saint Sauveur. It’s clean and spacious with comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sam’s excellent communication made arrival and checkout easy as well. This was perfect for our group of families with kids under 10.

Wonderful family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities one expects from an accommodation. Sam’s home provided the right location, space for a family getaway, and the pool was perfect for relaxing afternoons. We will definitely consider returning for another getaway.
