BEWARE REVIEWS DON’T MATCH THE SCORES

There were 3 roaches that I saw in my room. The bathroom was extremely dated with the caulking in the shower having mold and the water fixtures having a line of rust running down. The closet did not have a door. The hotel carpet is extremely dated. It looks horrible. Door mats in front of each door attempt to hide the faded and stained carpet.

Decent stay, nothing special

Hotel was decent. Seemed to be an older hotel that was recently remodeled. Toilet was old and kind of dirty. Breakfast was very very basic. Overall it was an ok stay. I would stay here again. Nothing special though.

My stay was ok,my room was clean but i had a few issues,1 the toilet tank had a crack in it and when i flushed it leaked,management couldn't fix it right away due to there maintenance man broke his ankle,my 2nd problem was people smoking weed on the first floor outside and the smell came upstairs to my room,so i was happy about that

A dated/older building but overall good

The hotel is definitely dated and rooms are older. My toilet didn't work properly (I had to manually turn off the water line off) and the fire alarm battery started beeping in the morning (luckily after I had woke up). The maintenance person came and worked on it but I got the impression the owners/managers are not proactive when it comes to attention to detail for the rooms. I thought the breakfast was great, and they had it set up and ready to go before the official breakfast hours. The staff was really nice and welcoming as well.

Few things that can be changed

Never stay in the first floor. You hear everything from the second. Air conditioning smells musty. Showers are stained. Always wear sucks or sandals.

HORRIBLE, ROACH INFESTED HOTEL

We arrived and our room wasn't ready, although we booked the night before so it would be ready when we arrived early in the morning. We ate the breakfast that they had, which is not what is listed on their board, until we were grossed out by a roach crawling on the back on one of our chairs then another one on our table. We got up, advised the staff and her response was, "Yeah, we've been trying to get rid of them." Once in our room we were still pretty grossed out and was afraid to set anything on the floor. We were exhausted and went to bed at 6:30am. My fiance woke up to use the restroom and the entire room floor was went from the toilet leaking. Contacted the front desk and she said she would send someone up. 2 hours later, no one had shown up. I was heading downstairs and saw a guy who works in housekeeping, advised him of the issue and he stated, "We no longer have a maintenance person". He did, however, try to fix the issue and brought a lot of towels to soak up the water. I wish I remembered his name, because he was the most helpful person there. He told us we would need to swap rooms, so I contacted the front desk, and she said there were no other rooms available. I told the guy, and he went down, made sure we were switched to another room. The new room had no issues, thanks to him. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again when in the area. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Upon checking-in, I was not informed that the room wouldn't be cleaned/fresh towels received--unless I requested it upon leaving for the day. So when I returned after a long day of visiting sick relatives, and ready to shower/go to bed, I was beyond disappointed! Then when I went downstairs to express to the Clerk, he was not accommodating when I told him I needed more towels. Did I mention it was not the nicest nor cleanest room I've ever stayed in (dark mold around the tub). I was totally disgusted
