The Lake House

Located on beautiful Lake Sinclair. This 2 story, 2000 square feet home is ideal for for multi-family fun vacation. House equipped with upper and lower bedrooms and fully equipped kitchens. House will sleep 12 people confortably with 3 bedrooms and 3 sofa sleepers.Private parking, fenced in front and back yards,2 boat slips and over 300 feet of lake front footage. Beautiful sunsets from the upper and lower decks.

Linda & George we're very accommodating..Power went out for several hours during our stay and checked on us periodically to make sure power was restored. Lake Sinclair property is always a Bonus!!

The view is stunning and the fenced in yard was great for our two little shitzus. However, after a brief rest after a long drive, we found that the right back gas burner knob wouldn’t shut off thus, gas was permeating the top floor. A quick calm to owner regarding us switching the knobs was the only alternative since it appeared that the knob was glued on improperly. We opened the windows for ventilation. Cleanliness wasn’t so great, cup and plate left in sink, table dirty, molding all over the home was dirty, lots of dust on fake plants as well as furniture, outlets, etc. The home needs detail cleaning. We would have loved to sit on the upstairs deck but there were no cushions for the patio furniture.

If you choose this lake house, you won’t be disappointed. The host/hostess are great people. The house is gorgeous as is the property. We stayed with them to celebrate a birthday. We all had a wonderful time. We were sorry to have to leave and look forward to staying with them again.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time, the house was exactly as it was described. Very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The only thing they didn’t have was WiFi which was fine as we needed this time to spend with family without all the electronics. We would definitely come back for another stay in the future.

Thanksgiving Trip

We absolutely loved this property. We always try to rent where our dogs can roam in a large fenced-in property so we do not have to worry about them 24/7. The grounds were so well maintained. They did not want to leave and neither did we as I cannot say enough good things about this place to do it justice. A spacious home with fantastic hosts and we were very lucky to get to spend our Holidays here. I will return as much as they will have us.

The lake house

Perfect and beautiful. Again, I would recommend this beautiful house on awake to anyone that wants to have a peaceful, relaxing, quiet time extremely clean it contains anything you could imagine in terms of kitchen items bedrooms I could go on or on. I am just extremely satisfied. The owners are fantastic people and extremely understanding. Definitely a five star!!

Fantastic place to stay wonderful owners.

We are beyond pleased by this property, extremely clean, well kept and beautiful. The owners were always available. If need be, they went overboard to make sure are staying at their place was the best it could be. We had to evacuate during the Hurricane only five days after my mother passed away.. I would give this property a 10 if there was a score that high I can’t wait to go back there and visit again. We never felt so welcome with all the personal attention, cleanliness and the availability of all appliances that worked beautifully. I want to thank the owners again for all they did for us if you’re looking for a property that’s exceptional. This would be the one. !

Family Relaxation Time

The trip was very relaxing, enjoyed family and relaxed. Enjoyed fishing, walking the grounds and quiet time with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise or set while sitting on the back porch. Would definitely recommend as a good getaway for the family, close friends, girls/guys trip.

Lake Vacation

This is an excellent home for a vacation with family or friends! The full kitchen upstairs and downstairs is great and the view of the lake is amazing! Everything is right at your fingertips and the owners are so accommodating! This was our second time vacationing here and we will be returning!

Amazing vacation!

My family and I had a fantastic time! The house was perfect for the 6 of us and can easily sleep more. The owner was very quick to respond, super friendly, and willing to help with anything if we needed. We did not need a thing, the house is set up perfectly. For us pulling a boat, the driveway is easy to maneuver and get in an out with a trailer. The walk to the dock is sloped well and not too steep. The dock itself is nice with bumpers installed to protect your boat and nice tie downs. Oh and the swimming area is very nice, no grass or muck around the dock. All in all it was a 5 star stay for us, I highly recommend.
