Luxury designer decorated home in 5-Star rated community of The Peninsula.

Come and experience this beautifully designer decorated 3-story villa in the Sailside community of The Peninsula. The (3) levels are ideal for multi-family vacations.

The 1st floor features a brightly decorated bunk room with (2) sets of twin bunks and an attached full bath with tub. Also, on the 1st floor is a family room with a large comfortable sectional perfectly positioned to the 50" HDTV with DVD player. With the wet bar nearby, this is a great space to relax and enjoy a movie after a day at the beach. Or step just outside through the French doors to the paved patio to grill or just relax with a cocktail.

Take the stairs up to the 2 story/main level, which features an open concept living room and kitchen combination. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, double wall ovens and all the needed appliances. Step out the French door onto the dining porch, where there are (6) chairs for al fresco dining. In the family room, there are (2) comfortable couches and a bench to seat 8 in front of the 50" flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace. Inside the front door on the main level is the formal living area and dining room combination with attached Butler's Pantry. The living/dining area opens out through (2) sets of French doors to the front deck. There is also a 1/2 bath on this level.

On the 3rd floor, you will find (3) well-appointed bedrooms and (2) full bathrooms. The master suite features a king sized bed with a seating area around the fireplace. The master includes a five piece onsuite bathroom and an attached sleeping screened porch. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, closet and reading chair. The third bedroom features a fun-colored room with (2) twin beds, vanity and closet. The third floor also features a full guest bath and an office/library with an attached reading porch.

Available for our guests are (5) adult bikes (2) kids bikes and a trailer to use to travel to the pool, the Bay Beach or just exploring the beautiful community. There are beach chairs and toys available for use as well. Kayaks, Stand-Up Paddleboards and additional bikes are available for rental through The Peninsula.

Please note to access the Peninsula amenities, renters will need to purchase weekly guest passes directly through the Peninsula at the desk at the Athletic Club.

Stunning home in a beautiful community with resort like amenities

This home is absolutely stunning! We vacation yearly with our family of 4, my brother's family, and Grandma. This home and community exceeded all our expectations. There was room for all of us and plenty more comfortably. You will not be disappointed one bit. It’s even better than the photos. It's very spacious, with high ceilings, an open floor plan, has everything you could possibly need (including linens (sheets, bath towels, and beach towels). The beds were super comfy. There was so much thought put into the decor of this home that made it feel very special while keeping in mind comfort is key (especially on vacation). It sure was fun walking the home and discovering all the unique details when we arrived (many not pictured so enjoy!!). Check in was super easy and everyone that worked at the Peninsula was helpful and friendly. Theresa was always available in case we needed anything but we didn’t because it was perfect. The community is resort living at its finest. The kids loved the wave pool and indoor pool to play basketball. We have kids ranging from 6-18 and there was something for everyone. Miniature golf was a huge hit and located directly behind the wave pool so the kids would go from the pool to miniature golf and back again. Over and Over and Over!! Theresa had some great bikes in the garage to use and we rented more from the Peninsula to accommodate everyone with us. It was an easy process and had them with us all week. We rode to the pool daily. The goal next time is to sneak off to the adult which looks so nice and relaxing. We rented paddle boards and a kayak to use in the bay. We walked the trails and the neighborhoods which are gorgeous. It's a walker's dream! The landscaping it beautiful!! So many flowers! The kids ate daily at the snack bar and the grill restaurant. We went to the beach one day, walked the boardwalk, played games, had a ton of fun riding rides at Fun Land (you can’t beat the prices there), went to a fun out door restaurant on the water, not far from the community. You really don’t even need to leave the property though. They have everything you would want at a resort right there. Super impressed with this home and all the community has to offer. We can’t wait to go again!!

Awesome All Around!!!

I don't even know where to start! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The check in process was easy- the security guards at the gate were very quick in getting us our passes to come and go and extremely nice even after midnight! The home was better than described. Very spacious- we didn't really even use most of the house as there are so many things to do in the area but everything was there for us! Lots of little bonuses as well. Owners were extremely responsive to our questions and communicated very well. This home does have a lot of glass décor so if you're bringing little ones- you might want to move some things to keep them safe. The community is AWESOME. Everyone is extremely friendly. The homes are unique, adorable, and very well kept. The pools are awesome! The wave pool was so much fun for our kids! They have a snack bar near the wave pool and a cabana bar between the upper and lower decks. There's beach access in the Peninsula as well. We went crabbing near Bethany Beach at a State Park, shopped in Rehoboth, Dined in Dewey Beach, took the kids to "Funland", walked the boardwalk, and had a ton of great food and drinks while here! I have zero complaints and highly recommend this home to travelers! Wish I had more time to describe how much we loved Delaware and staying here! To sum up- I grabbed a brochure because I'd really love to have a vacation home here!
