Located in Millville by the Sea, this two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is just four miles to the local beaches and resort areas, with tax-free shopping, water sports, great restaurants, family amusements and more -- all just minutes away. The first floor features the living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom, full bathroom, bedroom, and access to the patio, while the second floor is home to a full bathroom and the remaining two bedrooms. Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, five TVs, two DVDs, an electric fireplace, Keurig, board games, a gas grill, and WiFi round out this home's amazing perks. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Please remember to leave the pool cards and fobs behind or a 100$ charge per card

Trash is to be taken out after your stay that is not part of the housekeeping trash days MON for tues pick up and every other week for recycling any trash left behind will be a 75$ charge will be charged to each renter thank you

Got the job done

Definitely played better in the pictures. It got the job done but a lot of things were broken
 like the dryer. Also ants in the kitchen.

Overall the cleanliness was poor 1/2 bath toilet not cleaned, stained/dryed on residue MB, smoke detector loose, exposed wires MB sink, drain slow MB AC ceiling vents not open, no AC air flow Bed mattresses with plastic covers, very noisy to sleep Laundry closet-absolute horrible odor, dryer did not work Stove top disgusting, chose to not use Kitchen counter, trail of ants, luckily there was a can of ant spray under the sink Back entrance covered in bird droppings, nest in vent above Keys to enter were taken by another different renter, it took till 12n the next day to obtain pool/activity center braclets

Housekeeping

We arrived around 4:15 pm on Friday July 1st, housekeeping was there finishing up the cleaning which was fine. However, once we settled in we noticed animal hair all over the furniture, the floor, and floor rugs. I spoke with management and they sent someone over to vacuum up the animal hair. The patio was not inviting at all. The grill was atrocious. The cooking grates looked as it they hadn't been cleaned in several years. The only heat shield I saw was burned through. There are built up bird droppings on the light fixture that also looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. Therefore the patio was not a place you wanted to spend time. We were there for a family event on Saturday and Sunday which was great. I was more than a little disappointed with the accommodations. 30006 Centerpoint appeared to be the least well maintained. Also, if you have a no pet policy, it should be enforced.

Nice location but wouldn’t rent this unit again.

The location was okay but the unit could be better. Says it sleeps 8 but the pull out sofa is very uncomfortable and all the beds and pillows need replaced. They are too soft and the frames are rickety and loud. Not what you want after a relaxing day at the beach. The electrical needs some work as the bathroom outlets and some in the kitchen didn’t work at all so if you need to get your hair dry you have to go looking for one the will work. Not what we expected for the price.

Beautiful property but not renter-friendly.

Community & unit were beautiful but it was very hard to navigate around the community. Buildings are not marked. To pick up recreation wristbands, I was rx we had to go to the Lifestyle Center which was very difficult to find, as none of the buildings are marked and all look relatively alike. Doors are all Iocked and require an electronic key fob to unlock but you are not given the key fob until you pick up your recreation bands. Walked around outside of the building 3 times before I found the correct door to enter. Policies re: use of recreation facilities, shuttle schedule, etc. are also not made clear to renters. I am sure residents are familiar with the layout and procedures but as a renter, I did not feel welcomed or made to feel comfortable.
