The Lilly Pad: Big fenced in yard, close to beaches, kayaking and more!

Check out our three bedroom and two full bath ranch house with a comfortable, relaxing feel that you are looking for when you are on vacation. Sip morning coffee in the screened in or open air patio while the kids and pets play safely in the fenced in yard.

Located within minutes to the beaches, Tanger Outlets, restaurants, and numerous activities for the little ones.

Rental includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, office area, and game room. Enjoy wireless Internet, 2 roku TV's, board games, or a leisurely .5 mile stroll to Red Mill Pond where you may kayak or simply enjoy the view.

Ring doorbell is available upon first arrival. If you need assistance getting in, please press the doorbell or message through vrbo and we can help you get in. Upon entry, the notifications will be disabled for your privacy.

Great big beautiful property! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 big dogs. The yard is enormous great for playing games and even has a wide open empty space next door to fly a kite or two!!! Very easy to get to and to leave with lots of activities and food nearby. Lots of activities provided by our host as well. We will be returning next vacation time!!

Absolutely fantastic stay at The Lilly Pad! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was large and gave us adults ample room for my husband and I to make breakfast, coffee and toast with all the needed accoutrements! Fast wifi for parents, Grandma and two kids to take a quiet moment after playing cornhole, foosball, and taking the dog for a walk through the quaint neighborhood. Great pizza at Titanic Pizzeria and the more upscale Abbot's Grill all within 3 minutes from the house. Comms with the owner was professional, accommodating and in general friendly and welcoming. Selina was great! My favorite space was the screened in porch, especially since we had phenomenal weather with a light breeze.

We loved our stay and would definitely book again. First impression when we walked in was cleanliness. We could tell the couch had been vacuumed. The huge bean bag chair was a huge hit with my boys and our dog, especially. The backyard is large and beautiful. My son and I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom while the dog played in the yard. The sunroom has multiple glass doors you can open to get air circulating and it actually felt really nice despite the heat. My 20 year old son said the neighborhood didn't look real...that it looked AI generated, LOL! It WAS very pretty. Lots of trees, shrubs, plants, and flowers. Everything is so green and everyone's yards nicely manicured. We enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed the comfortable and spacious home! The yard is huge and our pup really relished in full zoomy mode anytime we let her out. The beds are comfortable and my child had no trouble sleeping in an unusual place because she was so excited to be in a bunk bed! We had a lot of fun exploring the area. Some favorites: Gordon Pond bike trail, Herring point beach, and also the beach at Lewes which had much calmer water. The house is the perfect place to return to after adventuring about. Communication with the host was very easy and you can tell she cares about the home and people’s experience. Amazing stay and definitely hope to return!

Perfect place for our family

We stayed at this perfect pet friendly house that was perfect distance to the beach and the baseball complex. There was plenty to do in the downtime, the owner was very responsive and it could not have gone smoother! Totally stress free! Highly recommend for pet lovers!

This is our second year coming back to this property and it was just as good as last year! Our dog loves the back yard and walking around the neighborhood. We had a good time visiting Rehoboth, Milton, and Millsboro!

Exactly as Advertised - Great Value

We had a great stay at the Lilly Pad. The house was clean and well maintained, A/C worked great (and greatly appreciated in this last heat wave), and the kids enjoyed the foosball table, board games, and puzzles when back from the beach. The kitchen was a great option to avoid spending 100 every meal.Recommend bringing beach towels and if you are a light sleeper that is sensitive to light, a sleep mask.Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing few days near DE beaches

Very nice property. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for an evening walk. The house is very cozy and was very clean. Huge fenced in back yard was perfect for our golden retriever and the kids to run around, throw football, etc. An easy drive to the DE beaches - Cape Henlopen is our beach of choice. Selina was great in communicating the check-in process and quick to respond to any communication from us. Would definitely recommend this property and would return again.

Cozy & convenient beach haven, especially for dog owners!

We had a great stay at the Lilly Pad, and even on our last day we were still discovering nice touches, like the board games & cables in the media console. We loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing the pond, the family room is large & flexible and felt like our home away from home, and we didn't have any issues or complaints. We were looking for a place we could stay with our dog, and this was actually her first time joining us on a family vacation - she did great, so the "experiment" was a success!

Family Beach trip

House is as described. Nice big bunkbed that is safe for smaller children. Two queen size beds that were very comfortable. Plenty of space to have your own privacy. House is cleanly. Minimal kitchen accessories. If you are there for the week and choose to eat out it’s perfect. If you’re there for the opportunity to cook while you’re at home, you may want to ask about certain amenities you may use. Otherwise nice option for a family getaway, the yard is always a hit! About a 10 minute drive to the Lewes beaches.

Perfect house in a perfect spot!

My wife and I have been visiting Delaware for years, staying in hotels in and around Lewes. This time we wanted a dog-friendly house and to stay away from the Rehoboth/Lewes traffic. The Lillypad is in an ideal location! About 10 minutes from great restaurants and a grocery store, close enough for beach and boardwalk visits while allowing us to avoid sitting in traffic jams, it’s just what we wanted. A secure, fenced, huge yard for our big dog was a selling point for us. The fact that the house was clean, comfortable, and that the owner had great communication throughout were all factors that will have us coming back.

Absolutely Wonderful!
