None at the reception, I couldn't check in. They didn't respond to my message before the arrival. Avoid this

Thank you for your review.We operate a Self Check In process as this is a Serviced Apartment is an apartment building.I can confirm that you didn’t pay for the reservation despite various emails requesting payment as far back as two months prior to your arrival. On the Check In day, you sent a message requesting Check In information & we responded advising that no payment had been made for the booking. There was no response to our message, and no payment was ever received for the booking.
