Front service, staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However the pool was very dirty. We decided to stay an extra night to enjoy the pool and the breakfast. To our surprise the pool was very dirty people seem to be there for the entire day there were 2 birthday parties with 20plus guest that were not even staying in the hotel. Let’s talk about their “COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST” it was mediocre. if you can call it that! No orange juice, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit or bacon. Ohh and if you wanted coffee they had sugar but no creamer. milk was another option they had however it was placed in a pitcher right on the counter in the open. All they had was scrambled eggs, French toast, sausages. (with no utensils). I guarantee you there will be more complaints besides ours. This was our second time staying at this hotel which we stood here 4 years ago and it was the total opposite we were so satisfied with everything we decided to stay here again. However after experiencing this we will not be coming back.

Don Le,Thank you for taking the time and providing feedback of the overall experience you had with us, as someone who is part of leadership I am saddened to hear that the restaurant was closed for two days. The aviator bar and grill is one of the main reasons why our guests choose our hotel, I will be speaking to the department head in hopes to have a better understanding on why we had the restaurant close for our guests.
