I have pictures the pool & hot tub closed for 2 hours at check in @4pm. Towels and bathmat dirty and folded to look clean NO ICE On a 93°day,i was told" if we needed or wanted ice there was a gas station on the corner where we could buy ice.There was only 1ice machine they were pouring HOT water in to clean out,the space on the 3rd floor 4 the ice machine had exposed plumbing and they were using the electric outlet across the dripping

No real complaints except we were told breakfast was until 10am but when we went down at 9:20am there wasn't much food left and the staff had no intention to restock even when asked.

Many things were broken in the room. Stains from possibly spray paint. Kids were unsupervised in the pool and pushed my child in the pool and the worker did not kick them out. Rooms are not carpet. And the WiFi service was awful. We got no cell or wife service.

It was a nice hotel but not having toilet paper amd soap to shower was not pleasant. Went sown for breakfast at 915 am and they took away breakfast before 10 am like they stated. Whirlpool only had two jets working so that was a little unpleasant. But overall ok i guess.

Place was nice and clean but couldn’t use the pool/hot tub after Attending a Brewer game because it was already closed and then when it opened in the morning when you wanted to use it, it was so full you couldn’t fit. Pool hours definitely need to be extended!!

Not to impressed with hotel. Smelled like marijuana in our room and all the hallways. The breakfast wasnt very good,cereal was stale. Pool was cold and not sure if the chemicals were correct since you couldnt see the bottom it wa so cloudy.

Not what I expected from CI&S.

Room was decent. Was a bit dark and dated. The smoke alarm kept beeping and when I Informed the front desk said there was maintenance person available. I had to climb up and disengage the alarm and take out the battery before it would stop. Our main issue was the bed. It was too soft and and dipped in the middle so we rolled into each other. Didn’t get good sleep. Breakfast was decent. The property needs an update.
