The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room loveseat is relatively small (while lying down, most people would have legs hanging off the end) so we`ve excluded it as a sleeping area. You are welcome to add a 3rd guest, however please keep this info in mind.

For reserved parking, the 500 N Broadway Lot and Huron Garage are the two closest options - Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday. - Loading zones are often available directly outside the building
Other things to note: - Only one set of keys will be provided. It`s extremely important to handle them carefully as the apartment door locks automatically, copies are very difficult to obtain, and lockout fees of $180 will be passed on if incurred - The bedroom has roller shades, however guests can expect some morning light to filter through the windows. For most people this won`t be a problem but light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask

I didn't like it as much as I had hoped. It wasn't as clean as I like. It didn't have enough things like nice, clean towels. There was no bathmat or bathroom rug so I bought on and left it. Along with some room spray, laundry soap, kitchen towels, etc.
Excellent location for a little overnight getaway in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. My husband and I had tickets to an event at The Riverside Theater and ate dinner right next to the apartment at The Swinginâ Door Exchange - everything within walking distance! So convenient! The restaurant was a super cool atmosphere and so delicious! I would definitely stay here again!
Great little 1 bedroom audio in the heart of Milwaukee. In was back home for funerals services and to see a concert (it's weird, it's fine) and it felt nice to know I didn't have to worry about my stay and could have personal space when needed. You do have to pay to park, which is relatively easy just don't forget. I felt safe there with my daughter even at night as we walked around. Host was very communicative and directions to and how to get in were thorough.
Perfect spot for a stay in Third Ward/ Downtown Milwaukee area.
I spent 15 nights while visiting family in the area. The location was perfect for what I was doing and where I was going. I had a parking space at my daughterâs building so I canât comment on parking. I walked Broadway Street to and from Third Ward and downtown multiple times of day and night and always felt safe. The Public Market is a block away as well as multiple restaurants and cocktail bars. The is no real grocery store near by but the market has a good supply of meats fish veggies and prepared foods. I would and will stay here again.
