The staff was very nice and helpful with holding our luggage as we explored town before check in! The rooms were great, but a little cold. Hotel is in a great location and walking distance to a food hall.

Good location to the downtown area and easy to walk over to the Hopper public transportation to get to the 3rd District. The Hotel could use some updating and cleaner public areas. Other then that it was good and convenient.

room we chose states that it sleeps 3. we get into room and only 1 bed. no sofa bed. big hassle arguing with attendant but finally they gave us another room. advertised as $14 overnight parking. Get there and we're told they don't do parking, it is another company and rate will vary, so we have to go find parking. We get to room, flush toilet and it overflows. call front desk and report it and then we had to leave. Changing room and finding parking made us late to concert. We got back 3 hours later and the attendant hands us a plunger and towels. We had to plunge our own hotel toilet;)! and clean up the sopping wet towels. Refund maybe?

The people are nice but parking lot isn’t easy to get in and out the no sign how to get back to the hotel. The hotel sign lights does’t work so you got pay attention. So many homeless people roaming around in loading and unloading area. It feels like they might attack you.

Hilton price, beyond disappointed in cleanliness.

The room was not clean when we arrived to our room: black hair in tub, hair on bathroom floor, the garbage had not been emptied, brown sticky residue on the TV remote, and food left in the fridge from previous patrons. The sheets are too small for the Queen sized bed- the fitted sheet showed half the mattress and came untucked during the night. Parking was supposed to be included when we booked it, then changed to $14 and upon arrival it was $20 a day.

The listing online for property is inaccurate. There is no free parking other than street parking. There was no possibility of early check in. 2 of 3 key cards did not work and when asked front desk for new cards they asked for old cards, which were in room. My children got stuck in elevator and were panicking. On site repair man was clueless, 911 called and fire fighters opened elevator key box to find key missing so freeing children took 4 times longer. Room was outdated , smelled, beds uncomfortable, couch terrible . My kid said everything smelled like pee. No one could believe this was a Hilton property
