Overall the hotel was fine. The building was kinda cool and I really liked the lobby decor - kind of a sophisticated mad hatter furniture vibe. They seemed to have trouble communicating though. They have a notice in the room that if you would like the room serviced you need to tell the front desk, either a full cleaning or a "refresh" which brings in fresh towels and toilet paper etc. We asked for a refresh after the 2nd night, when we left in the morning and were told it "might be too late", needless to say it did not happen. Asked to be schedule for the refresh the next day and again, it didn't happen. We happened to run into the employee who was cleaning and asked her when she would be in our room so we would not be there in her way - not on the schedule. I'll give her credit though - she made it happen and did more than we asked for. Anyway, I booked a room for myself and husband and then added a second room for my son and his gf and they also asked for and did not get the refresh service. (add in that there was a used washcloth lingering under the bathroom cabinet when we checked in and we would probably make a different choice next time)

This was a very nice hotel and the staff was most helpful and a joy to work with. Had a couple of issues, but they were taken care of immediately. Would recommend this stay for everyone.

Nice Place to stay, room was clean and the staff was very good. The young man and young lady in the bar were excellent on the night of 02/07. The only that was a problem for me was there was no coffee or tea amenties before 7:00 am, but the young man at the front desk on 02/08 went and took care of us. Very impressed!

The room was nice and cozy and clean. The staff was courteous and I would highly recommend staying their again! The onsite restaurant was good and so were the cocktails.
